Caleb was a no nonsense guy that got in and did the work and suggested things that needed to be replaced. Some people may say he added extra parts to the job but I figure he is there and he showed me the parts and why they were additional and needed so get it done. Services Rendered: Called the office at 7:45 AM and Caleb showed up at the scheduled time of 9:00AM. He replaced both springs, cables, oiled all of the parts, replaced some old hardware and re-programmed the competitors opener. He was out the door by 10:30 AM.

It went better than I'd imagined. And I had some high hopes -- all of which were met or exceeded throughout my experience with 4T. From the early morning phone call, I enjoyed prompt and courteous service. The receptionist was kind and attentive. They were able to work me in in the early afternoon -- and were so considerate as to call ahead! They arrived promptly at hour we'd agreed upon earlier in the morning. The technician assessed the situation and in approximately five minutes had begun working to remedy the problems. Not more than forty-five minutes later, the garage door was in perfect working order. The price was very reasonable for the work done. Further, the level of service and quality of experience were exceptional. I highly recommend 4T for anyone needing repair-work done on a garage door. I would happily contract their services again. Services Rendered: I contacted 4T to adjust and rehang a garage door that had sprung off its tracking. I'm not aware of what was necessary to achieve this, but the door now works quite well. I selected 4T because I'd noticed they had a few positive reviews on Angie's List. I was worried I would get jerked around because I don't know much about doors. But these guys are legit, let me tell you.

We have used them twice for two different issues with our garage door. Work was completed with no problem and at a reasonable price. Services Rendered: On one visit he replaced the spring. And on the other visit he adjusted the tension.

Garage Door spring was broken. The company came out and everything was installed correctly and quickly. The only complaint I have is that the technician was half an hour after the agreed upon time. Services Rendered: Overall a Good Experience
