BBB5Ive been using ************* for many years both for new door installation and door repair. They have always provided great service with extraordinary quality. That always remove all cartons etc. One would not know they were there.. other than the doors now work well. Highly recommended

Yelp1I called them to see if they could come out they said someone would call me. Friday I said I would be available for a call. I missed the call 15 min later someone was at my door. I never agreed to a house call. He came out and put 4 new batteries in the garage door openers because my mother was there she is 78. then said there will be an invoice for $$$160.00. I would stay as far away from this company as possible will never call them will never pay this bill! in response to your response, I have called your number over 40 times you won't respond I will never do business with you ever again if you would like to respond about how you're going to deal with this that would be great my phone number you have and you have not reached out to me I would give you zero stars if I could! and they wrote this here and never responded to me We would like to apologize for the experience you had Christian Wilson. Yelp5I had a slight problem with my overhead garage door, and the technician, Josh, corrected the issue quickly and professionally at a fair price. I would also add he arrived on time. The lady who took my request for service was also very friendly and professional. This was an outstanding experience, and I will definitely be using Culp Door in the future.
