Excellent. He was on time, worked quickly and solved the problem Services Rendered: Once a year Overhead door came to clear our unit because it would start opening the neighbor's door. This time I asked Hostetler and they fixed the problem and I do not expect it to ever happen again. They are also less expensive than Overhead door.

They were very prompt about getting back to us. They were overwhelmed because of the cold. Someone came out and they fixed it the next day. Services Rendered: The provider fixed our garage door.

The two men who performed the work were professional and courteous. It took longer than expected for the doors to get installed but the company was prompt in returning my call to inquire about the status of the expected installation date. Services Rendered: They replaced two old garage doors on our detached alley garage and also installed a wireless keypad transmitter. We first visited their company building to see samples and their saleperson, Glen Hostetler, was very helpful and patient with us as we entertained different garage door options and cost.

The company had put in a new spring for my garage door June, 2012. On 4/2/13 my garage door opened but stopped midway up, metal pieces went flying and it was evident many issues needed to be addressed. The owner of the company came out, saw the problems, fixed them and then only charged me for a service call. He was polite and very caring about making sure every issue was resolved. I can't thank Hostetler enough for the job well done and for the cost of the repairs. Services Rendered: My garage door opener had major issues and Hostettler fixed them all so my garage door opens beaufifully now.
