Excellent service by the installer. He stayed late, even after dark, to make sure that he completed the installation of a replacement garage door opener motor. Before he left, he also sprayed the railings and even installed the new light bulb for us. He confirmed that the key pad and clickers worked & answered any questions we had before he left our house. Completely recommend ADCO.

Since our visit to the showroom till the last step of the process ( city inspection), the installation of the garage door was smooth. Communication was good with the office and always people there were very attentive and professional. Yes, I recommend this company if you need a new garage door.

A friendly representative of the company visited my house a month ago to evaluate the change of the garage door for an impact one. They gave me an estimate of the cost. I confirmed that I approved the work and I reported it to the mysafeFLHome program. Since they didn't contact me I called yesterday and then today to complete the agreement and get the job done. Today a lady says that she can't take care of visiting me for another 2 weeks so she can recommend other companies. Ladies and gentlemen, where there is no commitment and responsibility in the pledged word, there is no reliability. Don't go with them.

I've been a customer of ADCO for 20 years! They have installed numerous doors, replaced many springs and installed garage door openers for me and my friends over the years and we are always 100% satisfied. The quality of work is always excellent and they arrive on-time.

The technician was amazing! He was very professional and very nice!!!! He did an amazing job fixing the garage door that you don't even hear the door open or close at all. In a day when everybody is trying to price gauge and take you for everything that you've got, this company was ethical and SO REASONABLE in price!!! I was SHOCKED!!!!!! I would recommend ADCO Garage Doors to anybody in a heartbeat!!!!!!!! I will be using there services again, without a doubt.

Edit: i Stated to him i am calling on behalf of my Contractor and had all that information ready but like i said wasn't asked for any of that just Hung up on. Called for a Quote when first answered there was no sense of urgency and was Hung up on after being told they were slammed at the moment. Didnt ask for any information for a call back or anything Wont be calling back Customer Service isn't difficult so image how they treat installing a garage door

UPDATE: The business owner just responded THREE YEARS LATER to my original review. There were no discussions now or at the time. No attempt to remedy the situation. They lied then and they lie now. Do not trust them.

WOW! Talk about fast service: my garage door spring had broken, and the door wouldn't open. After calling a few other companies, I called ADCO- (my garage door was installed 5 years ago) right away they told me exactly what it would cost and even gave me some options and recommendations. They called me within the hour to inform me they were almost at my home - the garage was fixed within 2 hours!!! Incredible service and great workmanship. Highly recommended.

ADCO came and gave a very fair estimate. After we paid 50% as deposit, they ordered the part. About one month later, I called and they scheduled the repair/replacement of the panel. On the day of the appointment, two service people showed up and got the repair down in a professional way in only 40 min, which is amazingly fast! The staff is very rude. I called this morning and the lady who answered was questioning that they gave me an estimate without going to my house as if I were lying, I offered to send the email as proof. Then she just cuts me off and asks for my phone number. I had to say thank you and go elsewhere. The prices are among the other companies I called.

Couldn't be happier with Adco call them for a new door to replace the old non hurricane rated one. Process was easy and they are very professional and organized. Pricing was great and thanks to them I now qualify for shutter discount on my insurance policy and saving 4k a year. Definitely recommend them for your garage door needs.

I had my garage door stop working late yesterday. I saw ads in a 'local flyer'. The first guy gave me a quote on the phone for a new spring that scared me! I then tried the second ad, "Adco"They were out in about an hour and repaired it for what they quoted at half the price of the first guy. The owner, then called me back today just to make sure everything was ok. I could'nt be more satisfied. Fast service and great price.

ADCO has an EXTREMELY rude staff, but that all made sense after speaking with the clue less manger "Bert". Not only were they 2 1/2 weeks late on their job, but the inspection had to come 3 times before getting approved. Do not recommend hiring ADCO for any sort of installations. TAKE MY WORD. I got my door installed over a month and a half ago and I am still dealing with these people to finish the job properly. Very stubborn and hard headed people to deal with.

I agree with the post by Javier. The staff is extremely rude and speak to you in a condescending manner. Stay away from this company, they don't care about their customers and have the typical Miami attitude that they run the show and you are on their time. To top it all off, after they installed my garage, it failed to operate the same day after the installer left. So what did the owner Bert tell me? "Sorry Home Depot doesn't pay us to take it down, you need to take it down yourself." That's the kind of customer service you get with these guys.
