Google5Able to schedule on short notice with availability next-day. They reprogrammed my garage remote, were able to provide an additional remote same day and helped re-program our garage keypad. Christian was very informative, both techs were helpful and efficient!

Google5Sean Yahrling Is a true professional when it comes to repairing garage doors. Very efficient and knowledgeable at his job. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family. My garage door has never a better.

Google1Warning: Long review if you don't read whole thing just know other garage companies in spokane do not charge $130 just to come out and look at your garage like precision does. Here is my review: I Called Precision on Saturday to look at my garage door. They were able to come that afternoon and the charge for just showing up and quoting you is $119 add tax and it comes to $130 and that is just for them to tell you what is wrong... ( after this awful experience I learned garage geckos does not charge a fee just to come out and look at it and only charge you for the work- will be using them in the future) my quote from precision was originally over $800 which is ridiculous as they had fixed my garage door less than 2 years previously. At that quote I gawked and said there is no way I can pay that much but then they were still going to charge me $130 for just showing up to say that.. which I was not okay with handing over $130 for no work done. I then spoke with the tech about all he had on the quote and realized he had added a bunch of unnecessary things I did not need done. He took some stuff off and the quote was then at $430 then I called my dad and he spoke with the tech and then we were able to get the price down to $330 which in my opinion is still outrageous and the fact that the quote started at $800 tells me they were definitely trying to milk me for all I was worth... which I nothing I am a college student... so all this to say I am very upset with how this was handled I wish that I could have had the tech leave and called somewhere else but I unfortunately cannot pay $130 for absolutely no reason. When another issue comes up with my garage in the future I will definitely be calling a company that does not try to take advantage of me and will quote me without taking money from me first.

Google3I've used Precision to replace doors on a former house and they did an excellent job. However, I've moved to a different house with an existing precision garage door opener that works great. We only needed a replacement remote and because we were not the original owners of the garage opener, the service charge and remote was $195 and wouldn't let us just purchase the remote unless the door was first serviced by them. The service tech said it worked great and didn't need adjustment. We are just thrilled to contribute to the racket to get a replacement remote. The technician was great and friendly. However due to the racket to get a basic part I will go elsewhere for future garage door replacements.

Google5Outstanding service. Got my doors fixed within 2 hours of calling. Incredible when you consider the weather and the number of calls they must be getting. Precision has always been my "go to". The tech, Sean Yahrling, was professional, thorough and very clear on what did and didn't need to be done. All is well! Thank you Precision.

Google5If I could give more than 5 stars for Adrian Workman, I would. It's always great to see someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about their line of work. Adrian has those traits in spades and from the moment I met him, I was confident that he would do outstanding work. His expertise, transparency, and diligence made the entire experience a breeze. And I was actually speechless when he told me how quickly he could get us scheduled. If I have any future garage needs, it's an easy decision to give Adrian a call. Thanks for all the great work!

Google5Our tech was Ben B. He was beyond genuine, caring and knowledgeable!!! The entire process was quick, efficient and easy! My garage door is so quiet now... my mother in law shows up and I don't know it... lol. Ben is the best
