Dreadful weather and my automatic garage door quit working. Ace responded immediately to my call for help, and sent a technician the same day. He tweaked the system I had and got it operational, but with winter months ahead, I decided to go ahead and replace the ancient opener that I had to avoid any further problems. I made a deposit, part was ordered and install was completed the next day. I made several inquiries and their price seemed comparable to others. Technician was on time, pleasant, efficient and explained warranty to me. I was disappointed that cost of install did not include removal of old unit. That was an additional $75.00 that I wasn't prepared to pay. Lesson learned, clarify haul away before committing to service.
