Google5Our builder recommended Troy Garage Door in Granite City when we had a malfunction of the main garage door. Tammy (who answered the phone call) was outstandingly helpful and friendly! She scheduled Alex and Wesley to come out the same day, and within 30 minutes of their arrival they had us back in operation. The service was EXCELLENT, and the staff we delt with were competent and professional. We definitely would recommend them.

Google5The 2 gentlemen (didn't catch their names) came out and in a matter of minutes told me what needed replaced. Troy Garage no longer services the brand of garage door opener we have but showed me where to purchase the part, quoted me a price on installation, checked the springs and greased where needed. They were courteous, knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I would highly recommend Troy Garage Door!

Google5The team came out and fixed my garage door in less than hour. They even provided additional information in case I have issues in the future. They introduced themselves and got right to work. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Also, Tammy who answered the phone and setup appointment was great and helpful!!!

Google5Very nice, friendly and professional company. Joe and Josh are very knowledgeable and hard working. I called after a holiday weekend and my springs were replaced by lunch the next day! Tammy, in the office, is a true gem! Great group of people. I highly recommend for garage door spring replacement.

Google5Had a garage door that would not close. They sent out someone who said I had an electrical problem. My house had been hit by lightning while I was out of town. The garage door had stopped weeks later. They suggested I call an electrician. The electrician made the repairs and told me it was a good thing he came out, because there could have been a fire. In addition my old garage door still works I called and asked what did I owe at the granite city location which is who I was dealing with, and they said nothing, they were glad to help. I will strongly recommend this company to everyone. Thanks

Google5Needed my garage door fixed and Troy Garage Door fixed it! Very friendly office staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable technicians. They were quick and only fixed things needing to be fixed! That's always appreciated. The price was extremely fair and I highly recommend them for any work you might need done on your doors...

Google5I have got to tell you that the 3 young men that came out and replaced our old garage door were fast, precise, curtious. These guys from set up to end worked in perfect harmony with one another. Removing the old one and hardware, and putting up all new. It was really something to watch. And the quality of the job and door are second to none. I would suggest them to every that I know and hopefully the people I don't know. Believe me when I tell you, I'm a retired union carpenter and have seen few people who work like these guys did. Everything was in reach and ready to go from the very start to the last check. And cleaned up as they went, and left the garage just as clean as when they pulled in. Thanks guys, great job

Google5Andy (owner) went above and beyond in responding to an issue I had with our garage door. I gave him a call pretty late one night and he was out at our home first thing the next morning. The customer service was top notch and I highly recommend using them for any and all of your garage door needs.
