Google5Jay came out today and installed my new smart opener. This man is awesome, he did it right. Pointed out all the areas that were done incorrectly. Very fast and competent, I highly recommend for your garage door needs. I now have him in my favorites for the next time I have a need. He gets 10 out of 5 stars. Thank you for a fantastic job today.

Google5Couldn't say anything better about my experience with West County Garage Door and Jay! I called to have a garage door opener installed and not only did he come out the next morning bright and early he also charged way less than any other big name company that was local. He was efficient and did a quality job. I would highly recommend him and he will be the only guy i use from now on.

Yelp5Jay is an amazing guy who doesn't sugar coat what needs to be done. He gives you all the possible options in multiple price ranges and allows you to choose what you think is best for your home. Since he owns his own business, he doesn't have to follow "company policy " and is able to take his time to get the job done right. Super pleased, and have complete peace of mind with the safety and functionality of our garage doors !

Yelp5I called this company several weeks ago for a checkup on my noisy double garage door. He added me to the schedule for the next morning and showed up right on time to listen and look over the door. He explained that what I was hearing was quite normal noise for a 25 year old uninsulated door. The door system itself was fine and refused any payment from for time spent. Truly exceptional customer service and support. Trust him...he knows what he speaks of.

Yelp5Jay is great! He has repaired 2 issues with our garage door. He's prompt, friendly, & knowledgeable. I appreciated how he explains all the options & costs each time. First time he replaced 2 springs & bearings. Very reasonably priced & when we had a little follow up problem, he came out quickly & fixed it up. Then he replaced our opener when it went out. Same great service and prices. I highly recommend him!

Yelp5We recently moved to a new neighborhood and discovered that our neighbor's door opener was opening our door as well as theirs. West County made two house calls, charging for only one, to get this problem resolved. They were very prompt, professional and friendly both times. I would definitely call them again if I had another garage door problem and would recommend them to everyone.
