I got my standard size garage door installed the next day. Etta in the office was very helpful and returned my request promptly. Dean did our install the very next morning and he was fast, efficient, and kind. I was not knowledgeable regarding my automatic door opener and Dean returned and made the necessary changes for me.

Yes I too, called 4 weeks ago about our 2 car garage door chain came off after moving into our home. Called again 2 weeks later, lovely lady said she would pass the info to ? Still no one called back. Finally tonight husband so upset he dismantled it. That solves the garage door problem. Would not recommend.

Did not try to sell me a new opener but instead directed me to where I could get the replacement part I needed, saving me money at their expense.

A sad disappointment. Phoned two weeks ago for garage door repair, no-show. Had to cancel a business trip in order to drive my wife to work (her car is stuck in the garage). The gentleman was abrupt and discourteous on the phone. Perhaps better to go out of area for garage door repairs.
