Outstanding service and attention to detail. A rare find in the home improvement contractor business Services Rendered: I purchased a townhouse in Syracuse for my son while he attended Upstate Med School. We live downstate and needed a professional to service the house over the past 4 years. Brian and team have done many jobs for us over then4 years. Brian arrived first thing in the morning and began work immediately. He was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. Both the new window and molding look great! I always ask a lot of questions, and Brian answered them all fully and patiently. We will DEFINITELY be using Affordable Solutions by Brian again!!!!! Services Rendered: We had a broken garage window that needed to be replaced. We also had a second-story decorative window molding that blew off in a windstorm and needed to be reattached.

Everything went as planned. I received a quote for the job. They came on time, completed all the jobs, were polite and very neat. They respected my home and were very careful. Services Rendered: I needed various things done. Trim on my roof was coming off, garage doors needed repair, needed a flood light replaced and needed doors trimmed off because new carpet installed was too high.

Very good job and nice workers. Services Rendered: Replaced the brick mold around garage service door and threshold. Replaced lattice on sides of deck and add supports. Replaced door seal on door from garage. Also replaced and painted 1/4 round around parts of the house.

How did it go? In a word SUPERBLY! Brian and his team of exemplary workers, Dough, Jason, and Jeremy did a great job remodeling my garage as I had envisioned. At the end of the project, which took only a week, what I had pictured in my mind was reality! I know have a garage that I can be proud of and a backyard shed which now has lighting, so I can see the mess I have to clean up. I've already hired Brian to do another project for me: replace a broken outdoor faucets and already have a few other projects in mind for him to do. Brian is honest, fair, polite and professional. As is his team. What more could you ask for? Hire him. You won't be sorry!
