    Tony was great. Very friendly and quick. You can't ask for a more respectful person working at your home. It was fixed in less than 24 hours after contact. Thank you very much. If you need a spring change or a door fix.... look no further.

    The ABSALOUTE hands foen WORST Company I have ever had the MISFORTUNE of dealing with. They schedule you to come out and then they don't show up after having you.move the stuff out of your garage. Terrible Customer Service and a Terrible Company. If the Warranty Company was not paying them I would NEVER actually hire them for anything.

    Got this company through American Home Shield, from the get go I knew I was going to have issues with this company, gave me an appointment from 9AM to 12 noon and he arrived late. This technician already knew how to work with American Home Shield System, I had a weak spring installed, he had his mind made up, stating that I needed two springs, because that was an upgrade AHS was not going to covered (he mentioned all this even before testing the spring or checking the spring's strength), because the spring wasn't broken AHS was not going to cover, he wanted to sell me the upgrade no matter what, my repair was denied because the technician told AHS that I needed the upgrade and that the spring had no failure, ok so a weak, used spring, regardless of who installed IS NOT A BAD SPRING (oh, wait it got to be broken...yeah right) , he didn't even tried to change the spring. Called Precision Door, came in and replaced the spring (ONE) with a stronger one that could hold the 16ft door. All houses in my sub-division have a single spring on all the 16ft garage doors. After all this checked the ACE's service request on my AHS account, this tech wanted to change a bunch of parts, including the track that the tech had on his truck...I called American Home Shield complained about the unprofessional Technician, his determination on trying to sell me something that I don't need, I just wanted my door fix, I didn't wanted a NEW TRACK, NEW TUBE, AN UPGRADE WITH TWO SPRINGS. I just needed another spring to fix my current issue. This guy was insensitive, indifferent and unemotional, he just wanted to fill up his wallet. I do not recommend ACE'S Garage Door Repair, cancelled my American Home Shield account, because one works along with the other, the two companies are just scammers, never will use Ace's Garage Door Services....Merry Christmas

    You never know who you get through my home warranty. Moe with Ace's Garage Door Repair was great. He diagnosed the problem, showed me the issue, and made suggestions. He was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend.

    Moe was outstanding, completed the job quickly and has a can do attitude with integrity wish there were more businesses out there that had the customers back!! Absolutely would call Moe and his team again....Well done Moe thank you again!!

    Justin and Josh from Ace's Garage Door Repair repaired our garage door through American Home Shield. They were very professional, personable, knowledgeable and honest. We will be using your company and Justin and Josh for all our garage door issues!

    Khalil fixed both of my garage doors via American Home Shield. He was professional, great at his work, knowledgeable, fair, nice, and saved me money. He is a great asset to Ace's.

    Scheduled three appointments with them and no one showed up all three times, stated that technician was on the way and never showed up called company and manager Sarah stated they don&rsquo;t know why nobody&rsquo;s has not come out to service my house, try to ask for someone higher than her and stated that there&rsquo;s no one else to talk to and ask for email address to file a complaint and manager got upset and hung up the phone. This company is not the right company for customers especially when it comes to customer service. I would not recommend this company.<br /> <br /> <br />

    Justin was the technician who came to our house. He was 1 hour and 25 minutes late after the window of between 12:00 noon and 4:00pm. He arrived at 5:25 pm. He told me he was on his way 1 hour and 10 minutes before he arrived. Aces Garage Door texted me a GPS link to track his arrival. The first time I looked at it he was northwest of our house about 6 miles. The next time I reviewed his location in the App he was approximately 4 miles southeast of our house. When I questioned it upon his arrival he told me he was looking for a Chase bank to cash a check, (so he was not really on his way to my home, he was on his way to a bank). Was not able to repair our garage door opener as he said the motor was bad and needed replaced. Justin lied to us twice during his conversation. He was obtaining information on his phone to try and repair our garage door opener. He told us he would get back with us after he spoke with the Home Warranty company, and stated it might be a few days. I contacted Aces Garage Door about his findings from the Home Warranty company 9 days later and they told me to call the Home Warranty company. I then called the Home Warranty company and Aces Garage Door told them our garage door itself was damaged (which was another lie) and did not tell them the motor of the opener was the problem. This was another problem. The Home Warranty company is sending another contractor to our home to repair/replace the garage door opener and receive a second opinion.

    Was assigned Ace's Garage Door Repair &amp; Installation from my home warranty company for a repair. Called and scheduled an appointment, said they would be out between 11:00-3:00 on scheduled date. Heard nothing so I called them at 2:57 and was told I was still on schedule for the day and the tech would contact me when they were on their way. 5:45, no call/no show. Checked appointment and it was moved to next day with no contact. Calling them seemed shady too, just didn't have a good feeling so I called home warranty and requested new company. Then did a quick Google search and saw all the bad reviews/reports, especially when related to home warranties. So glad I asked for a new company. Even if going through home warranty it is always best to do research first - I was saved from possible issues and unnecessary expenses.<br />
