BBB1I would give zero stars for this company if I could. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. They put a lien on my house that they themselves refused to have removed even though I paid off the door immediately. I asked for the accounting person who is quite possibly the biggest ***** I've ever encountered to please ***** the lien release so I could close on my mortgage and she refused as she was to lazy to go to ***** to accommodate. On top of that, they put in the wrong door and I was not compensated for this mishap. The painters for the door failed to show up on time. The quality of paint they used for the inside of the door was worthless. It's all scrtached from just normal wear and tear. This is all after waiting nearly 8 months for the door tot be delivered. Worse experience with a contractor ever. Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT'S A SCAM.

BBB1Purchased 4 doors for approximately $16,000.00 3 years ago. 1 of the doors was warped which was eventually replaced 1.5 years later after much going back and forth with Rick. Another door the blinds were defective and still the door has not been replaced...been waiting since May of 2022. Rick claims he is waiting to hear back from the factory rep? Have reached out numerous times to the Sarasota office with slow or no replies. Terrible customer service
