Google5What a great business, Ben spoke to me over the phone and he showed me how to make an adjustment on my garage door motor. It saved me time and money. Very few companies in Trinity would provide this service, actually he's the only one, I've experienced helping me, while on the phone, and he taught me how to repair my garage door unit!!! Highly recommended Ben's Garage Repair.

Google5Sean was great. I messaged him about our garage not working and was able to come over first thing the next day. He found the problem quickly and has the parts needed to fix it on site. The price was reasonable and was able to get our garage working within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Bens Garage Door Repair to fix your garage. Sean was super nice to our bulldog that was curious about him as well. Always A+!!

Google5I can tell you that the technicians working at Bens Garage Door Repair are super professionals and probably the best you can find in Odessa area. Our garage door had warped due to water damage from a leaking deck, which was eventually fixed. But the garage door continued to warp until it would no longer close or open without manually pushing up. It was time to replace the door. Gave Bens Garage Door Repair a call in the afternoon. Bobby came by the next day - Saturday. Quickly assessed the situation. He offered to replace the door and all the hardware, which he did the following business day - done within 5 hours. Quick and easy. Thank you, Bens Garage Door Repair!

Google5Wow, extremely impressed with Bens Garage Door Repair! I called a handful of other garage repair businesses in Odessa when my garage door suddenly wouldn't open. I decided to go with Bens Garage Door Repair when they offered to come out the same day for $30 service fee (Lower than all other companies in Odessa). I was given a window from 1-3 and Brian was there promptly at 3! He figured out the problem quickly (broken spring) and got right to work. 25 minutes later my garage was open and the door was working again! The price ended up being better than every other place I called! Brian is great, so kind and genuine and informative, the kind of guy you want working on your home! Couldn't have had a better experience! Would highly recommend Bens Garage Door Repair to everyone!!

Google5I've been using Bens Garage Door Repair for over 10 years. They are the place I call for my garage door repair needs. Most recently Benjamin replaced the main springs for one of my double-garage door. But last week the other garage door would open all the way anymore. I called Bens Garage Door Repair at 10:00 and Benjamin returned my call at 10:05. Made an appointment for repair between 12 and 2 that afternoon. He was at my house around 12:00 Benjamin has a specialized tool in his truck for winding the main coil springs so it looks "too easy". He can do the spring replacement in about 30 minutes Good experience. Highly recommend Bens Garage Door Repair!

Google5I am glad to write a review after such amazing service. We had a garage door emergency on a rainy late afternoon. The door came off the rails and wouldn't go up or down without the danger of falling off completely. The company that usually services our overhead door left us hanging and couldn't come until the next week - even though (they say) they have 24/7 emergency service. I found Bens Garage Door Repair and Craig. Super nice guy, he made it out to the house in about 30 minutes. He explained everything and quickly got to work. In about 20 minutes or so it was, well, almost like new and working great. He gave us advice on ongoing maintenance. Friendly, quick, efficient, and priced right. Local business providing excellent work and service. Recommend Bens Garage Door Repair highly.

Google5Our garage door got stuck when I came home at 8:30 PM...I immediately reached out to several companies that service Odessa to see if we could get it fixed in time to get the cars out and kids off to school in the morning. The guys from Bens Garage Door Repair responded within minutes and had someone out by 7 AM! I knew what to expect in price and was concerned they may overcharge given the situation, but they didn't. Amazing service, quick response, honest and easy to work with. Will be recommending Bens Garage Door Repair to everyone I know!

Google5Just had Ben of Bens Garage Door Repair come out to our house and install a new opener and repair the connection with the arm to the garage door. From the response to my call for repair service to his service when here same day, it was top notch. Ben named a fair price for everything, never an upsell and work was perfect. Talked through all the options and rendered his opinion but never tried to sell me anything we didn't want or need. Service truck was well labeled, and machine was new in box. To be honest, it almost felt as if a friend was over helping me put in the new opener and fix the door. We were so impressed we are getting a quote on a carriage door replacement from them, as I trust the price will be fair and the work will be quality. We have used a few other companies over the years we live in Odessa, several have even closed. While they were all ok, the customer service at Bens Garage Door Repair stood out and will keep us coming here for all our door needs.
