After an analysis of our broken spring issue, everything that was required was explained and priced at a very fair rate compared to others who had looked at our problem. In addition, Greg made sure that all the other components of the garage opener system were functioning properly and answered all my questions in a personable manner. Google5My new garage door is wonderful. The guaranteed garage door technicians were professional and friendly. They totally cleaned up once finished making sure nothing was left that could puncture my tire wheels. The office staff was stellar also.

Google5The service was above and beyond what I expected, the knowledge and professionalism as well as good conversationalist made the experience a pleasure. I meant to comment right away but I got side- tracked. I don't recall the techs name, but he used to own and operate his own business, so his skill and knowledge of the entire system was crazy. Good job, he even told me about the annual service plan which will keep the door functional, so I signed up, no pressure. I didn't know that the door was supposed to be balanced, I had it repaired three years ago and they didn't even mention it. It makes a big difference which I saw demonstrated with me doing the lifting and pushing. Wow, Thanks.

Google5We had a torsion spring break on one of our garage doors. I am very pleased with how quickly they responded to get us working again. We then had an honest discussion about options and pricing and we decided to install new, impact-rated garage doors in. On time, neat, professional. Communication was great. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

Google5We used Guaranteed Garage Door & Repair on the purchase of our new impact garage door. From the initial appointment with Jay to the actual day of installation it was an absolutely delightful and smooth process. The installer (James) arrived on time and was ready to get to work. His knowledge and skills working by himself to install the door were so impressive. He was delightful as well. When the installation was almost complete Jay and his mother Tracy (the owner of the company) came out to make sure all was good and to make sure we were 100% happy. Their attention to detail and their concern for our being pleased was such a nice gesture. Great people to work with from beginning to end. Their price was right within our budget and they were willing to work with us on that as well. If your in the market for a new garage door you can't go wrong with this company. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Jay, Tracy and James for a job very well done.

Daniel the technician was absolutely very friendly, professional, never rushed my questions and was very honest. He ensured the spring was not just replaced but suggested replacing the rollers to improve the functionality. Gave advice for future maintenance. All done in a timely and professional manner and well priced. Highly recommended. "
