We had a terrible ordeal with them. Nobody wants to use them for garage doors. They are mainly an insulation company, and they do garage doors on the side. They kept installing the same interior door that kept collapsing. I last asked them to refund our money. They were unwilling to give a refund, but they said they could replace our door again. Initially they weren?t going to replace the door. They said we only had a one-year warranty on our door. The door is operating fine now. I would not recommend anyone to do business with them. Services Rendered: We used 31-W Insulation about five years ago to replace our garage door at least three times.
