Yelp1ENHANCE OPENINGS (520) 528-9497 They replaced a window ($1254.02} in my dinning room, the technicians were very professional and courteous, unlike their "office manager" Jeff. After they replaced the broken window, as they were cleaning up they broke the other side window. They were apologetic and secured the broken glass in the window. While speaking to Jeff, the first thing out of his mouth was "well you know that was an old piece of glass". At that point I realized that I would have to pay for their mishap. I expected that I would have some responsibility for the glass replacement, but for him to claim that due to the age of the glass it would be my responsibility totally is unfair and devious. (520) 528-9497. He did not like my answer and hung up the phone, very childish.

Google5Installed a large window and not only did it come out beautifully, they even took the time to make sure all my furniture and floors were covered and protected. Very good work. Highly recommend. Thank you Enhance Openings

Google5I had to have a window replaced on a 3 panel French door which was a very intricate job. Brian and John were very professional as they were efficient, friendly and cleaned up after the job was done. I would certainly recommend Enhance Openings based on this work!

Google5I am so pleased with my experience with Enhance Openings, from the day I set my appointment with to my installation. The windows and doors are gorgeous, the quality is top notch, the men (Brian & John) that came out to install my products were professional, respectful, and did a wonderful job!

Google5Awesome service throughout, never pushy over the phone and Abraham did a great job going over all of our options and helping us select our door. Install was on time, and Brian and John took the time to make sure everything was lined up despite our older door frame. Great local company!

Google5Brian and John did a wonderful job installing our new garage door. Our previous excellent experiences with Brian was exceeded this time around! We have spent nearly $11,000 with your company and I attribute much of that to these two awesome installers.

Google5We just had our sliding glass doors replaced with French doors in our house. Our sliders were 38 years old and needed it! We had Enhance Openings do new French doors which we have always wanted with a screen. We had two of the nicest guys come out. Brian and John were amazing and did a fabulous job for us! We couldn't be happier with how it looks in our house and outside in the patio. We highly recommend this company for any job you have. The doors are beautifully designed and the E glass is a great improvement to keeping our house cooler. I would definitely use this company again and if you do hopefully you get Brian and John because they were the best and so knowledgeable!

Google5We had a beautiful security screen door installed and couldn't be more pleased. John and Brian were punctual and very professional, they answered all our questions and were very nice to work with. Installation didn't take long at all and they made sure to clean up after they were done.

Yelp1We purchased 2 Pella patio doors and the Enhance installation was a complete disaster. The work was so shoddy that one of the doors had to be completely removed and re-installed. Complaints went unaddressed and phone calls unanswered. One star rating is much better than Enhance deserves. Don't trust this company with your home!

Yelp1First it was a bait and switch. Their salesmen showed us Pella samples and brochures, then put some knock off crap on the contract for a high price. My bad for not noticing the switch on the contract. The installation was well done. Within a month the hardware that locks one side of the french door broke. After a about a year the sealant around the window panes in the french door started leaking/oozing inside the double pane and looks horrible. This door is not worth 1/2 of what I paid. I could have found the same or better quality at a big box start for less. It took months to get someone to come out and look at it and now I have been waiting for 6 months and counting for a repair or replacement. Stay away from this company!

Yelp1Make sure to get more than one estimate! Enhance Openings' estimate for skylights was more than four times their competitors'. I've never been more thoroughly taken for an easy mark, luckily for me I am not. The estimates I got were for the same brand (Velux) with identical features.

Yelp1The salesman came to our house at the scheduled time and was quite personable. He gave us a well-rehearsed presentation which I am sure has yielded great commissions for him. He quoted a reasonable price, but only if we immediately signed a contract. I told him that I will not be doing business with this company due to high pressure sales techniques. The price if we didn't sign after 15 minutes of promises would be $2300 higher. No professional, respectable business operates this way. Reminiscent of the sleaziest used car sales pitches I've ever heard. Find another company.

Google5Hired Enhance Opening to remove a sliding glass patio door and sliding window in order to replace it with a tri-folding door with an entrance door. Also had them install two new windows in the kitchen area. The construction crew took great care in the work performed and kept the mess to a minimum which I was extremely happy with. Daniel and Christian were professional, polite and answered all my questions and concerns. I could not be any happier and a satisfied customer with the finished product.

Yelp1I had the most offensive experience with the salesman. I made an appointment to get our free quote and met with the salesman. My husband was not at home. The salesman refused to give me a quote without my husband present. At one point, he was explaining the materials and literally said "well this is why I would like for your husband to be here. HE would understand why we price it like this." And "I understand happy wife happy life but I cannot sell anything without your husband." Apparently my woman brain is unable to make a decision on a door. I will be avoiding this company as this was super shady. Glad I dodged a bullet.

Yelp5Enhance Openings installed my beautiful double security doors. The installers were Dan and Christian, and they had great attention to detail. When they discovered how far off of square my entryway was, they suggested options and made recommendations, and I went with their recommendation, which turned out to be stunning and so secure. They were also a real pleasure to work with. My salesman was Abraham, who was also a pleasure to work with and he had great follow-through in working with my HOA, which I really appreciated. All in all an outstanding team.

Yelp1We love the Pella windows and door. We highly recommend Pella. The low rating is because of the lack of professionalism from Jeff, one of the principles of the company. We were condescended to and lied to many times by Jeff and another employee. He used profanities and then hung up on me numerous times. Check other reviews and you we see others have made the same comments. He has treated other customer in the same unprofessional manner.The town of Oro Valley, the ROC and even the Pella office in Phoenix said he wasn't telling the truth. It is by far the worse business experience we ever had. I couldn't believe I was being spoken to like this after spending over $20,000 with his company. If you are looking for replacement windows and doors, Pella is very good, Enhance opening is very bad. Don't waste your time on him/them.
