Google1I called and left a message about repairing my garage door. It had a broken coil. They didn't even have the decency to call me back. If they were too busy, just say so. I wouldn't recommend.

Google5Truly phenomenal experience from the moment I reached out to the conclusion of the work. I had a spring break in 100+ degree heat. Reached out to Tulsa Overhead Door first, and their lack of communication led me to Discount Garage Door. Connected with Christine and Rosalynn from the office. Rosalynn set up the initial appointment a few days out (and also tried to connect with a technician to get me taken care of the same day). Incredibly pleasant lady. Christine called me back and advised that she could get a technician out same day (it was after 12p). 3:30p - Marco arrived within the time window as indicated by the text message I received from dispatch. Super nice guy and incredibly professiona. He made recommendations, spoke about applicable warranties, and knew pricing of both. He completed the work in short order, serviced the door, and validated it worked without issue. Start to finish, the entire transaction took less than 45 minutes. Couldn't recommend the team enough. Truly "wow"d by the whole experience.

Google5Everything went smooth with my new garage door installation. The price was reasonable. Workmanship was top notch. Communication was above standard. Marilyn kept me informed through text messages which was a big plus because I wasn't home when the work was done. And special thanks to Bill for postponing his dinner to get me setup!

Google5Garage door randomly went off track, which was due to a terrible installation when the house was built. I am extremely happy with the service I received from the phone call to schedule an appointment to when the work was done. The quality and speed of the work was fantastic,l. He was able to walk me through what needed to be done and why, get the work done, walk me through what he had done, educated me on how to spot a properly installed and functioning door so I can avoid this issue if I were to move in the future, and he even took care of an issue with the door sensors I've had for over a year. From start to finish it was maybe 45 minutes total, and the price was substantially lower than I was expecting. I was able to head out to work knowing a huge weight was off my shoulders and for that I am incredibly grateful.

Google5I am super-impressed with this company. We called to have a hinged fixed late on a Saturday afternoon and they sent someone out within an hour. Todd (the technician who came out) was very friendly, informative, and very professional. He fixed our problem and did preventative maintenance on the door. Pricing was more than fair (I was surprised it was as reasonable as it was, TBH). I definitely recommend them and they will be the first company I call for any future work. Thank you for the great service!

Google5Excellent experience with this company. My wife was not pressured into a new garage door. Thank you for giving other less expensive options to fix the garage door and keep it from further damage as it is being used. Eddie did a good job and I hope the company will buy him an electric saw to make his job easier. He was very nice and knowledgeable.

Google5Outstanding service! My garage door started to mess up yesterday morning, and I immediately called Kyle with Discount Garage Doors. He had Dalton come out as soon as I was able to get home from work, and fixed our garage door right then! Great pricing on what needed replaced, and 5 year warranty!! He even went through and checked everything else with the garage door, making sure it was going to be safe. With a few things that needed to be changed, and a list of what else we needed to keep an eye on. I couldn't ask for better service, fast response, and friendly staff to have came out and fixed our garage door. Highly recommend !!

Google5These guys were incredibly professional, on time, honest and hard working. They worked with me to get the best deal without slacking on the protection and security necessary for my family. They got me my door for the best price in the tulsa area with a 5 year warranty. They got here on time and serviced my entire door and operator for no additional charge. If you're wanting the best quality for the best price, I definitely recommend you get in contact with Dustin or Kyle.
