It did not go well and the work was not performed as illustrated above. I would never call him again or use this service. Services Rendered: I contacted McElroy Overhead Garage Door Service and spoke to Kevin. We set up an appointment for Friday October 10, 2014 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. This is a rental property and it was vacant. I came to the property at 12:00 noon and I saw his business card on the door. When I called him he told me that he came at 11:30 a.m. He said he tried to call me and text me and I did not respond. Although I saw that he text me later and tried to call, but I take issue with him not committing to the time he agreed and then calling the last minute to change the time, leaving a message then leaving. He was not agreeable to coming back. He said we would have to reschedule. This is not quality customer service.

McElroy was able to come to my house the same day and repaired everything in less than 30 minutes. The price was very fair. He was professional and friendly.
