Google1I called on October 12th to get a spring replaced on my garage door. The receptionist reply was "no openings" until February 15th. Her quick response was suspicious!!!

Google1Called 2 weeks ago and requested a quote on 2 doors for my shop. Polite employee took my information and advised he would email the quote. Several days later, after hearing nothing, I called back but the call was forwarded to voice mail that did not let you leave a message. I tried 2 other times, no answer. My wife calls from a different number, immediate answer but gave no answer as to why we did not get our estimate. The guy took my phone number but never called me. A day went by, spoke with a female who advised she would have someone contact me but still to this day have not heard back. I guess business is to good for any more customers. You may not waist your time calling this company. Very unprofessional and will not return your call.or follow through with estimates. Leads me to believe they will not show up for repairs if something goes wrong with their work as well.

Google1They seem like great folks and good people to work with when they first came out to my place. Told me I needed some special assistance and would contact me right away with a different group to get me set up. After calling once a week for a month I gave up on them and moved on. They were polite enough to make we want to keep trying but not pro enough to get the job done in a timely fashion. I'd say its hit or miss. Good luck

Google5Loop 340 Overhead Door Company came highly recommended by my Facebook friends and they did not disappoint. They were able to come out the very next morning, complete the work quickly so I did not miss much work, and charged me what I considered to be a more than fair price. They were also very helpful in getting me the documentation I needed so that I could be reimbursed by my home warranty company. Thank you again and keep up the great work.

Google5Joe and his team installed 2 12x18 sectional doors on my shop. They did a fantastic job and Joe personally oversaw the final installation, ensuring that everything worked perfectly and was to my satisfaction before they left. I couldn't give them a stronger recommendation.

Google1My garage door come off track on the 17th. 340 Overhead came out. The spring broke and everything came unwound. They came out that day, replaced the cables, spring and a new pulley on the right side. $265 later I'm a happy camper. This past Saturday, April 27th, I get a call from my wife. She.was closing the door to come meet me when she here's a big POP and the door kicked to one side bows out the tracks and comes off the hinges dropping one roller and leaving three barely hanging on. So I come home and immediately call 340. It's 12 noon, no answer, no emergency number, and mailbox is full. I have a garage full of power tools, lawn tools, etc. Can't reach them but can't wait until today to call them back. We google garage door repair and get a hold of Hewitt Garage Door and they are there within the hour. $125 later, I'm again a happy camper and the garage door.works better than ever. Surely when I call 340 Overhead Door on Monday, they'll understand be somewhat apologetic and honor the warranty and give me back the $125 I had to spend fixing it again. SUPRISE! I called at 815 this morning the gentleman sound truly sorry and said he would call me after talking to the owner. 330pm I haven't gotten a call and was told the owner was out but would get back to me. While in a meeting at 445pm i get a call and a message.was.left stating since they didnt do.the repair the 2nd time and i didn't wait, they can't do.anything. WOW! Somehow its my fault the door broke a 2nd time after just paying them $265 to fix it right. Somehow its my fault they close at noon and don't have an answering service to handle emergency calls and their voicemail box was full. By the way, when I attempted.to.call them back after listening to their voicemail this evening at.505pm, they again were.alresdy closed and again their.mailbox is full. I.guess if you don't listen to voicemail, or warranty your work, you have no problems, it's always.their.customers problem. After all they got their money and evidently have so much business they don't care if they develop a bad reputation by not honoring their work. I'll never use them again and certainly will ill advise anyone I know. Respectfully, Gregg Dungan

Angi1Many trips missing parts a month later doors still do not work properly. Company will not answer calls or emails Services Rendered: Openers on doors

Angi1Should have been a two day job, three weeks later the doors still don’t work. First they “lost” the chains needed for two of the doors and had to reorder. The a problem with the sensors would not let the doors close. Manager said a $500 fix would require welding new suports for the sensors but the installers only added screws to the frame and still charged the full $500. Openers still do not work correctly because no antennas were installed on the openers and the installer stated the antennas would cost another $85 each. This is s 6” piece of wire with a screw connector. This is where the job is now 2-15-18. This is so far beyond frustrating that it is unbelievable that this company is still in business Services Rendered: Door openers on seven overhead doors at a volunteer fire department in Whitney,Texas

Angi5Service was excellent. I made an appointment for the service and they called me when they were in route to confirm I was there and they were exactly on time. Two men came and they were dressed neatly, acted very politely, and explained everything they were going to do in detail. They cleaned up everything. They had me inspect everything when they finished. They gave me and explained to me the paper work regarding warranty and care. The cost was exactly what the pre-service estimate was. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. Services Rendered: Installed a new double car garage door.
