I would say this is the best company I have worked with ever. I have contacted many companies to get estimates for fixing problems in my garage door, and actually had some of them come to fix it. However, Eli's was the only company who could fix it perfectly, with reasonable cost. After then, my garage door had another issue on different part, but he came back to fix it without charging. I really appreciate his generosity and great work. Highly recommend this company for any issue on your garage door!!!

I had an old sagging wood garage door with an old overhead operator. When the old garage door system failed, I needed to find a new door and operator urgently. After numerous calls to other companies, I thankfully, I finally found Elie at 24 Hour Garage Door, who responded and was at my home within two hours, and was able to supply and install a new door and operator. I met Elie over 2 years ago, and he has been very responsive whenever I've had a problem. I highly recommend Elie for anything you need related to your garage door and/or operator.

This firm and its tech Mauricio were professional, and the service was excellent!! Mauricio arrived right on time, was only a few minutes from being right on the money with how long the work would take! When done Mauricio had me test the garage door several times! We are very happy and would recommend the company to anyone!!

Eli was wonderful to work with. Both of our garage doors stopped working over the holidays. I reached out to a few companies for replacement quotes. Eli was extremely helpful in providing options on either repairs or a full replacement. His pricing was the best and he was able to start a few days later whereas other companies had up to 2 weeks wait time. Highly recommend 24hours Garage Door Repair.

I was pleasantly surprised when I called around 5 PM close of business and a gentleman answered so late. He explained the entire process and scheduled a technician to visit the property the next day for a free estimate. I was able to text all pertinent information to 24 Hours Garage Doors Repair and they then coordinated with the tenants directly also via text, which was super convenient. I was received a call immediately after the technician assessed the problem with a thorough explanation and an estimate as well as suggested maintenance. As I am obviously not a garage door expert, I was unaware how involved the repair actually was, so the price was higher than I had anticipated. After obtaining approval for the repair from the property owner, I called back and they were able to schedule and complete the repairs the next day. I also declined the maintenance but did not feel pressured which was a relief. Once the work was complete, they called for payment over the phone via credit card and promptly texted me a receipt. This was a solid experience and I would use this vendor again for garage door repairs and service in the future. Their expedient service, excellent customer service, and the convenience they provide is well worth it.

Our garage door had some bolts fallout and the hinge came off the railing and bent part of our door. We call Eli and he had someone out the very next day. The service rep was friendly and explained everything to us and also asked if we wanted the whole door replaced or we could just replace the panels. He recommend we should replace the panels and also the springs as they were not suitable for the weight of the door and that would resolve our issue with the door. They gave us a 3/4 week time frame for the parts to come in. 2 weeks later the parts came in and they came to fix the door, the service rep was there for 4 hours installing the new panels and springs. Our door is like brand new! The spring system is great and isn't jerking the door every-time it opens and shuts. Highly recommend and they get a 10 out of 10.
