It was difficult to find a roofer that dealt with flat roofs, and this company was recommended by an Angie's list roofer that rated number one. The estimate appeared in my mail slot 2 days after the request. I did not have to be present at the time of the estimate. While not the cheapest, the estimate was much more detailed in the description of the work to be done and the materials used than other estimates. Getting in touch with John Corley can be a chore, because he does not allow his secretary to give out his cell number, but once the crew is on site they are very accessible and freindly. They called me at 7 in the morning one day, said they were going to be there in an hour, and 7 hours later I had my new roof. They had cleaned up and left before I even got home, and there was no sign that they were there, other than the new roof. I inspected the work, and it has the appearance of a top notch job (keep in mind that I am not a roofer). Services Rendered: Resurfacing enitre metal roof with new rubber roof. Removal of vents no longer used in roof. Replacement of gutter. This is on a house built in 1902 in Capital Hill.
