Google5From all days our warehouse overhead door refused to open up on the day when a big delivery was on the way to us. I mean even if I wanted to imagine a worst day for the door to get stuck I couldn't. Remembered that I had DC Gates serviced the door about 3 years ago. Took a shot and gave them a call. And here comes the best part: Not even 20 minutes and had Amad on a ladder replacing the cables. Faster than that and he would be the flash ;) To all garage owners in DC, this is the company to use for the job. Thank you Amad for making the delivery possible.

Google5DC Gates are amazing and did a wonderful job with the repairs to my rolling gate. Something happened to the opener and couldn't figure it out. Didn't want to shell out the cast for a new one, but DC gates were able to fix it for us and at fraction of the cost for a new one. Can't tell you how much I appreciate them for the work.

Google5I contacted DC Gates Experts based of recommendation from my brother who used their services couple times in the past. The work they did and the way they communicated with me is what made me come here and share my experience so others in DC will know it is a great company. Amid from DC Gates Experts showed up and was a great service rep. He pointed out the things i knew were wrong and then showed me the other broken parts of the garage door. He assured me my opener was actually fine that it was working hard due to all the broken parts. Once I gave him the OK to fix he got right to it and finished very quickly. Now my garage door hardware is pretty much brand new again and should last another 10 years and my opener is not working as hard again. Amid showed me all the ways to keep my door in great working order and cleaned up everything when finished. Would recommend to friends and family. Thank you Amid and DC Gates Experts!

Google5My repairs were done my DC Gates, first time using their service and was very satisfied with the end results. I run a storage facility and our last contractor went out of business due to covid-19. Happy to start a new business relationship with these guys. I found them to be very professional and have reasonable rates too

Google5My business gate was damaged during the protesting, luckily nothing was taken and no one was hurt. Had to call up DC Gates to have someone come out and do the repairs. Got to say they were very professional and extremely due diligent about their work. Showed up on time and went straight to work. Happy I've done business with them, got my gate back in order and it didn't set me back at all.

Google5Yesterday the cable broke and our garage door got stuck in an angle with no way to open or close it. Called DC Gates Experts since they are the ones who installed our garage door and they sent someone right away. 1 hour!!! From my call to changing the cable. Cant find better garage door service. And also they are many years in business and you probably know how refreshing it is to call a number from 7 years ago and get the same person coming to repair your door.

Google5I have learned an important thing: If someone doesn't take you seriously enough, just call someone else. The company we have been using to service our roll down doors stopped taking our service calls serious like before, and took them even 3 days to come and service the gates. Last week just gave up on waiting and started calling other gate companies. DC Gates Experts told us they will send someone that same day. And they did. 2 techs in a van, fully loaded and looks like experts. Did not talk about money, rather fixed the gate, and only then told us the price: $145. Really? The same work that the previous company used to charge $600. So if the a contractor do not take you seriously, call a different one. Good things can come out of it. It did to me.

Google5By calling DC Gates Experts, I was able to not only gate my garage door repaired but they gave us recommendations on our automatic driveway gate. We ended up having them serviced that as well. Great company with very knowledgeable and talented people. They work like professionals. They come ready with welding machines and many parts to repair I think any garage door or automatic gate in Maryland. Saved their number, suggest to you to do the same and call early since they are very busy.
