We upgraded 3 garage motors for smart functionality via Costco. The staff is very professional, and responsive. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased an Amarr garage door from Door Pro America thru their Costco sales program. I waited the required 4+ weeks for manufacturer, the door arrived at their location, they scheduled the installation, only to call the afternoon before the install to say they wouldn't be coming. The young lady had no further information. When my wife called to ask why, she was told they received the wrong door, we'd have to wait another 4-6 weeks. I called and was told the Customer Service Manager would call me back. I did like wise for three days, still no call back. Finally, a lady called, identified herself as the Customer Service Manager and simply said we'd have to wait, they didn't want to "rush" the manufacturer; no apology, no "here's what we'll do for you," just wait. She was in no way "customer service." I asked about their process for receiving things, she had no idea; I recommended checking products on arrival instead of the night before delivery; she had no response. In frustration with her attitude, I asked for the President of the company; she said they didn't have one. By the way, I also tried calling the original salesman and left voicemail for three days, no response whatsoever. She obviously told someone, because I received a call from the location's Operations Manager. He apologized, said they were contacting the manufacturer, and said they would add 5% to the Costco card we received as part of the deal, and he'd call back as soon as he talked with Amarr. That's fine, though I'd prefer they just do things correctly, like verifying it was the right door BEFORE scheduling the install. The Operations Manager called again stating the timeline expected (much better than 4-6 weeks) and said he'd call again on the expected delivery date. That date came and went, no call; so after two more days I called them. Again, no one available, no door in hand, "it will be a couple more weeks!" You'd think after the first time thru this, they'd learn! Apparently not! By the way, I contacted Costco who was literally no help; apparently their service has gone the way of dodo too! Door Pro America's Operations Manager has one opportunity, call me today, then I cancel this order completely and move on. Services Rendered: Replace garage door and opener

Door Pro America failed miserably. We ordered a new Amar door and Liftmaster opener on 3/2/22 with Paul. They called and scheduled installation for 5/17/22. On 5/16/22 a lady called and said they wouldn't be here, they discovered it was wrong the door, apparently don't check when products arrive, only just prior to installation. I called Door Pro America three consecutive business days, was told each time the Customer Service Mgr would give a call back, never heard from her. Finally, on being told a third time the Customer Service Mgr wasn't available, I told the receptionist it was time for her to be in the office and asked for the company manager/President or they could cancel the order. Magically, the Customer Service Mgr got "out of her meeting." All she did was read the notes from the receptionist, refused to take any responsibility, just said it will be another 4-6 weeks, they couldn't rush the manufacturer. I asked about their process to check products are correct on arrival; it went right over her head. Didn't help any, offered us nothing for our wait or frustration, just wait. They apparently are are in competition for the worst customer service possible!

Run as far away from this company as you can. Door Pro installed a new garage door for me. Right from the start I had problems. The install was poorly done, the technicians sent to repair the install created more problems. Now they are refusing to correct the most recent problem that their technician just created. Inflated pricing. Does not honor "Best Price Guarantee" and price gouges. They charged me $850 for a spring replacement when three national competitors charged $300-$400 for the same service. Make sure you shop your service prior to committing to working with DoorPro. They do not honor their best price guarantee and are taking advantage of COVID19 inflation impacts.

I like the Amarr doors, but that's Amarr. Door Pro America (DPA) installation simply stinks, and the company needs to do better. I purchased two Amarr Heritage 3000 doors through Costco through DPA. Sales side went smoothly, friendly, and informative. Only negative was poor communication on the trim seal, since it was a specific point I asked about and reflected in three installation visits. Installation was problematic and frankly terrible. Four different installation visits and installation remained problematic, granted installer 2 didn't do anything. I suppose the simplest installation task is the trim and bottom seals, yet it took four installation visits. Granted first two was due to the sales side miscommunication. After four installation efforts and since the fourth installer arrived past appointment window, I gave up and just fixed the issues myself. Installer 4 replaced bottom seal with a much wider seal than original and bulged out all different ways, not only pushing side trim seals out and causing gaps, but an improper bottom seal. I gave up and just bought and installed new ones myself. The popping sound I mentioned to installer 3, who didn't investigate or care, ended up being what I thought and told him it sounded like: popped bolts. Installer 1 fastened them crooked and they stripped/popped out. Installer 3 also drove in a trim nail crooked which caused a long scrape on my new doors, which he said not to worry about when I told him there was a scraping noise. Installer 3 cut side trim seal too short, and installer 4 didn't install the replacement trim seals correctly since there were gaps causing light, thus weather intrusion on the sides, not to mention those large bottom seals being a hot mess. I thought one of the DPA customer service reps was communicative, but all overshadowed by crappy installation. So after four 8-5 installation time windows (which they missed once), having to buy new bottom seals, and doing installation repair work myself, would I recommend DPA? probably not. Very happy with the installer, installation and final product. All rails and springs replaced as well as the doors. Kept the two garage door openers. No issues post installation. Services Rendered: Through Costco contracted to replace two, 30 year old single bay garage doors.

Worst experience so far. For all your garage needs stay away from this company. They can never do it right at the first time. Originally the garage door installation was scheduled for 12/8/2016. Daniel called me and informed me that the installation can not happen because the door was shipped to a different state. He booked the next available appointment for 12/12/2016. Daniel said he would confirm by calling me right back. Never received a call from him or others for confirmation. Tried calling them back to confirm the appointment for 12/12/2016 appointment. Teresa informed me that the appointment was not booked for 12/12/2016. She could only book it for 12/13/2016. On the day of 12/13/2016 at 1:35 I received a call saying the installer is delayed and can not install. The next available installation is only on 12/15/2016. Teresa and Daniel have done very bad jobs in scheduling the appointments. Garage door installation was not completed. I don't have choice to go with other installers because Lowes has paid them to do this service. Services Rendered: Three times garage door installation were scheduled. However, on the day of service they cancelled the service without proper notice.
