Google5I reached out to Metro Garage solutions as I learned about the importance of garage door routine maintenance. Ofer responded right away and scheduled time to evaluate my garage door. Ofer described my door in perfect working condition and offered me many helpful advice for maintenance without service rendered since there was no work to be done. I'm leaving this review to share the pleasant experience and would recommend reaching out to Ofer for your garage door needs and I will be reaching back out when the time does come for parts replacement.

Google5Great price that I trust, excellent service, Ofer is a true professional and I'm very pleased with the job. Our garage door wouldn't close, made so much noise, and wires were hanging everywhere - Ofer fixed all of this beautifully and added extra safe wires also. He was patient with all my questions and made sure what the problem was and I saw that it was fixed completely. Extremely happy with the job and price.

Google5We had been needing to fix our garages since they were so loud whenever we operated them. I came across a genuinely good review of Metro Garage Solutions and Ofer in the NextDoor application and decided to reach out to him after already obtaining other quotes. It was a great decision. He was quick in his communication, extremely nice and professional, honest and did great work on our garage. His pricing was very reasonable as well. We would recommend him to anyone needing any garage work and would not hesitate to use his services again when needed.

Google5Ofer was very quick to respond to my quote request and came over the same day to provide an estimate and get to work. Within a few hours we had a fully functioning garage door. He is very friendly and honest. My dog also really liked him, and he is a good judge of character. I will recommend him to anyone needing garage work.

Google5My wife and I received bids from several local garage door providers. Ofer's bid was the best and we are so thrilled with our experiences with Metro Garage Solutions. We ordered a custom 16' garage door and Ofer installed it on time, as promised. He did a high quality job, ensuring everything worked properly and he wasn't satisfied until we were satisfied. We called Ofer back a few days after the installation to make a slight adjustment and he did so happily. Ofer is a pleasure to deal with. He's honest, highly professional, and does great quality work. We highly recommend him.

Angi5Ofer had the quickest estimate, the lowest estimate, kept to the estimated price, when the wrong panels were given to him by his supplier he got them to correct the problem the same day, and installation was completed on the agreed day. The brackets were a change order, but provided without a change in the fee. He was about $700 less than two other companies. This must be a competitive business as all estimates were done quickly. Services Rendered: Replace two garage doors with brackets for a garage door opener and windows in each door.

Google5We have worked with Ofer twice and have been really impressed with the quality and integrity of his work, his professionalism and demeanor. He replaced some frayed cables in an old garage door -- called back promptly and came the next day which was a Sunday. A year later, we moved to a new house and Ofer installed a new garage door. He came out to the house 3 times, once for the estimate, once to meet with the contractor to ensure that the garage installation would be able to accommodate the garage door, and again to install it. He was timely, courteous, and the work was excellent.

Angi5One word Fantastic ! Ofer of Metro Garage Solutions is one in a million, He was professional, serious and on a mission he did everything that he promised. Ofer was respectful of my property and of my neighbors. Ofer delivered the product on time and the man worked 10 hours straight (by himself) putting in two complete garage door systems and making sure that everything worked properly the way that was intended. Ofer is (old school) when it comes to customer service satisfaction and craftsmanship. The man actually made me feel that he valued my business. I will surly hire him again for future projects. Angi5This guy did an excellent job. I had an emergency issue because I woke up Sunday morning with the spring broken above my garage door. I called a number of companies who were either not open on a Sunday, or open but not answering the phone. These guys were available and arrived in a short period of time. Not only was the work done well, but he offered me good advice on how to maintain the good condition of my door. Services Rendered: Spring replacement and maintenance.

He thoroughly examined the issue and quoted us a very reasonable price for the repair and provided me with some maintenance tips as well. He was professional, polite and timely and the repairs were completed as promised. Services Rendered: We noticed that we needed needed some adjustments to one of our garage doors.

Angi5The owner, Ofer Dahan, answered my call and was able to come out the same day. Once he arrived we discussed my project and he answered all questions. Then he showed me several units he brought with him and we discussed the pros and cons of each unit and his recommendation for our setup. We agreed on a price and he started on the job right away. He installed a new, Lift Master unit with a new keypad, two remotes, and MyQ WiFi connection. He also helped me connect the MyQ system to my Wink smart hub. He did all of this for $540 (parts plus labor). Overall, he did a fantastic job! Services Rendered: Installation of a new garage door opener

Angi5I could not open my garage due to a broken coil, and needed service asap. I went on AL and made several calls to local garage door repair companies, including Home Depot, for price and availability, but did not leave any messages or voice mails if nobody picked up. Within minutes of calling Metro Garage Solutions, a pleasant sounding young man called me back anyway, and asked how he might help me. I explained the situation, and even tho he had just come from Gaithersburg, he offered to meet me back at my home whenever I got back. He arrived exactly at the time I asked for, evaluated the problem, and then went to his van for the parts and tools. Ofer was extremely conscientious, polite, and explained how the doors and coils worked. I didn't know that coils only last for so many openings, ie, 10,000 or so, and are rated accordingly. Ofer also explained that a properly balanced garage door should remain wherever you leave it height-wise if you are opening or closing it manually. (My door certainly had never done that since I have owned my house!) He replaced the coils, they were visibly heavier than my old ones, he lubricated the rollers, balanced the door, and inspected all other parts. I cannot say enough good things about the service. Ofer obviously knows what he is doing, is competitively priced, and was genuinely appreciative of my business- a shocking rarity in this day of unreturned calls, missed appointments, and taking customers' business for granted- or worse! Services Rendered: My garage door opener stopped working, but it turned out to be a broken coil. My door has 2 coils, so both had to be replaced.

Angi5After the original installer of my garage door was unable to repair a door that would get stuck, pop off its track, and lose a few wheels almost weekly, I stumbled across Ofer Dahan of Metro Garage Solutions. When I called Ofer on Sunday morning he got back to me very quickly and we agreed on a time for him to come by the same day. He showed up when he said and began to assess the situation. He explained to me what was going on with the door and why I was having persistent problems. He then told me how much it would cost to fix the problem. I was prepared to have the entire door and works replaced, but he assured me the problem was not that the equipment was faulty; just the original installation. The fact that Ofer was not interested in selling me something I did not need demonstrated to me his honesty. The main problem with the door was that it was out of balance, thus Ofer set to work doing the following: -Unwind the springs and cables -Rewind the springs and cables -Balance the door -Adjust the upper right roller (this was the one giving us the most problems) -Lubricating the wheels, track and spring He also took the time to explain to me how the door worked and what to watch for to avoid problems. He also trained me on how to maintain the door and gave me a can of lubricant to do just that. Ofer was pleasant, a consummate professional and honest. I would definitely recommend Metro Garage Solutions to anyone. Services Rendered: Fixed garage door that was out of balance.

Angi5Ofer Dahan came very quickly when I called and it was at night. My garage door would not open. He came and diagnosed the problem and replaced the motor and got it in good working order in about 90 minutes. He was efficient and provided good quality service. When I had some difficulty with my signal with my remote, I called him as a follow up and he came over and took care of it for me which was very much appreciated. Services Rendered: Replaced my garage door motor for my Lift Master.
