Google5Excellent from start to finish! I had a new high lift track and door installed with a side mount motor to replace my old outdated door and to get some more clearance. The installer-Mark, showed up first thing in the morning at the time I was told and went above and beyond to fix some minor issues I had with getting the studs for the rail mount where they needed to be. Its rare to find a company that does what they say they are going to do these days let alone someone that goes the extra step to make sure everything is right! Thanks Anderson! Highly recommend anyone looking at them for their service.

Google5I can not say enough how great was the service . If I can give 10 stars , I would. My house was hit by the lightning and both of my garage door openers were fried. I called to several companies and I was reading all reviews. One service came out and charged me $108 for doing nothing! I called to Andersson Garage doors and provided the model number , the picture of the units and the estimate was sent! The technician was great, he adjusted the doors, lubricated all moving parts, installed two new units with the new rails and chains ( another company offered to install without rails and chains and didn't tell me that I loose the warranty!). This company provides great honest service and reasonable price! They don't cut the corners and they work hard. Thank you so much.

Google5Elizabeth was very responsive and helpful with selecting and ordering our new garage door, and Bradley did a great job with the install! Could not be happier with my new garage door. Excellent customer service and affordable prices.

Google1the worse company spend over 10000 on 2 doors had problem with one the women was very rude and they would not come back an fix the problem had to pay another company to fix their problem with install he said he spends alot of time going around to their customers and fixing their mistakes he also said they do windows but also stay away from this outfit they just want your $$$$

Google5Awesome customer service! Called in since we had some damage to our garage door and they had someone out to take a look first thing in the morning. They had the replacement panel in stock and completed the job that day! Great to see a company with such great customer service and responsiveness! Go to place for anything and everything garage door wise in Wilmington!

Google5Excellent customer service! I called several garage door companys in Wilmington to discuss maintenance and pricing and this was by far the most professional and competitive in cost. I will definitely contact Anderson Garage Doors for future garage door needs.
