Google5I had a small issue with my garage door late Sunday night and I called a few companies to try to get some help. Momentum was the only one that picked up and quickly tried to help me resolve the issue over the phone. After a few attempts I was unable to resolve it so they sent someone out on Tuesday to come help. Moe came right on time Tuesday and was very quick and friendly! He resolved the issue immediately and even took the extra few minutes to ensure it was done in a quality way where I would not have this issue again (something the original installer did not do). Will definitely use them again if I have any issues with my garage.

Google5On 2/27/2025, I had an exceptional experience that I can’t help but share! Moe truly exceeded my expectations in every way. His in-depth knowledge, genuine attentiveness, and ability to articulate complex details made a world of difference. Not only was the process efficient, but it was impressively quick as well. Google5Momentum Overhead Doors was professionally refreshing to work with, from their first contact until their arrival through work completion. I was notified of their first availability, there was a conflict, and they were able to accommodate my schedule. I was contacted when they were on the way and once they arrived. I met the exceptionally professional technician, he reviewed my overhead (garage door) issues, (briefly explained the repairs) and completed the repairs in a very efficient and effective manner. I would gladly recommend this company. Good job. mcm

Google5Update: I'm happy to change my review as promised from 2 stars to 5 stars. Mo really worked hard to fix the job & make sure I was satisfied. He truly went above & beyond the call of duty. I appreciate all of his hard work. He even made sure to explain the process as well. Mo was very nice & friendly & even gave some vacation recommendations. He has been great to work with. I would absolutely recommend Momentum Overhead Garage Service for anyone in need. The technician was nice & polite which is why i gave 2 stars. He did reactivate one garage remote but was unable to help with the initial issue which is now forwarded back to my maintenance dept. My biggest issue now is that after he left now my garage door now doesn't open. It opens part of the way then closes. So I now have a worse issue than I started with & I'm just playing the waiting game until someone decides to reach back out to me. I'm happy to update this review if my issue is finally resolved because I don't like leaving negative reviews

Google4The only reason I gave them a 4 star is for the arrival time window they gave me, which was 12-4pm and they texted 20 minutes before 4pm saying they are running late 30-45 minutes. But once the technician arrived he went to work and was able to assess and fix my garage in less then an hour. He was informative with what he was doing.

Google5I am impressed with this company. Had an appointment for them to come out and fix our garage door and the technician ended up having truck problems. They notified me and let me know what was going on so I was not sitting around thinking he wasn't going to show up. They offered another technician, but I opted for a later time slot. Mo came out and was very nice and quickly found the issue and fixed the door. Great customer service.
