Google5Our tensioner spring broke on our garage door last night. I called D&R this morning and they had given me a time frame of between 10-12. I received a call from Ben 5 minutes later letting me know he was 10 min away. He got the spring replaced and my garage works again! Absolutely fantastic, and I will recommend D&R from here on out.

Google5Everyone at D&R has been awesome to work with! They sent Jared out to replace my door. He was awesome! Super kind and knowledgeable. Had the whole thing done in 2 hours by himself and its perfect. They added framing - it looks so good. Couldnt be more happy!

Google5I originally scheduled 2 days out, but got a call they had an earlier appointment available and I took it. The tech that came out was very friendly and professional. He was here for maybe a half hour and my garage door was fixed. He also went the extra mile by lubing everything. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend D&R.

Google5I cannot begin to express how happy we are with our experience with D&R. The salesman, Lenny, was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I appreciate how clear his write-up was for our job. I can also respect how he minded our budget and didn’t try to upsell us to the most expensive thing. The installers, Anthony and Tyler, were awesome! Both did a great job and took pride in what they did. My wife and I are very happy with how the door came out. Pics will be posted once our siding is done!!!

Google5I recently had the pleasure of meeting one of their sales reps Lenny. You won't meet a nicer guy. I prefer to deal with people in the trades that have a little gray in their hair. It let's me know they have experience. Lenny has no shortage of that. It truly seems like he works because he enjoys the process. I would highly recommend asking for him if you call in for a quote on service or a new door.

Google5Spring on my overhead garage door broke last night and Mike came out and fixed it today. I had a similar problem on another property I own when I was in Florida and they basically charge me four times as much down there. These guys were super reasonable and Mike was extremely professional and efficient and gave me some tips about future maintenance and did not try to sell me any maintenance products (although I would but happy to purchase them from him). I am 100% pleased and relieved at the cost. Again, very reasonable, professional, and efficient.

We had a couple other companies come out and wanted to charge twice the amount that D&R gave us, but not only were they cheaper, they added the new spring and rails with our new door install. We completely re-did the outside of our house and wanted something that was not only different, but matched our new cedar wood porch post's. The sales team came out and gave us a few options and we went with this. The quality is amazing and the look of it would match basically any type of wood construction. They were also great about timing. They were here when they said they would be, and git the job done quickly. I definitely recommend them for any garage door needs

Google1I like to try to support local businesses but You guys just lost a sale to amazon because of your "safety policy". I'm so sure your policies are to "protect" people and not get them to pay your company to do a simple job. I will not return nor recommend this business to anyone in the future.

BBB1D&R put my door on 6 years ago. When our spring broke this past winter we called to have them come out and replace it. Not even 3 days later the door came down on my car while my husband was backing up, resulting in 3 broke panels. D&R messed up my door, refused to take any blame or offer any kind of acceptable solution, tried to cover it up, did not call us back in a timely manner, and called me a liar. The service manager was so rude he refused to give me any repair pricing so I spent weeks playing phone tag with the sales man. Finally I gave up and went with great garage door. I’ll never recommend d&r again. You could have had loyal customers.
