Google1Called and made an appointment to replace key fobs, they said they'd call when they came in, in a few days. I gave them a week and no one called me.I called back, they said once key was back ordered, so it would be a few more days, I gave them another week, no one called. I called and they said yep they were in stock. So I had to schedule the appointment with him. The day of the appointment came no one showed up no one called I called probably 20 times trying to get updates. They finally answered one time and said they'd call me back with an update from the technician and still didn't call me back with an update. I waited and waited and called again, and they finally stopped taking my phone calls, I wasn't able to get a service from them. Very unprofessional.

Google5Brandon was very helpful. He actually arrived a little early and had my new car key cut and programmed very quickly. Great price as well. I highly recommend his service.

Google1I went to the web sight and scheduled a service call for Tuesday August 8th at 10:00am to have locks on 3 doors repaired. This was done on a live chat so I know they had all my information, no one showed up and when I called the number on the website I got a recording so I left a message with my phone number ect. but no one called back P00R SERVICE.

Google5I just came to Yuma from vacation, and I forgot my keys. Brandon came out and opened my house door and also gave me a key he was polite and overall a nice guy to talk to if I ever need a locksmith again. I will be using these guys thank you

Google5Brandon fixed my front door and replaced a lock after a break. In he did a fantastic job and was very professional. I have a commercial door he is going to look at next week also; thank you.

Google5I accidentally lost the keys to my vehicle. I didn't know where to turn or who to go to, but I found these people online. I needed and he seemed very knowledgeable on the phone. Bruce was my technician. He made a key for it within. Must've been 10 minutes thank you guys for being professional and quick response. I will definitely remember you guys in the future if I need anything else.

Google4I Appreciate the Promptness of the Gentleman that came out to my House to unlock my Door that Locked itself. I guess I will have to keep my House Keys in my Pocket when I go outside. My only problem is I live on a fixed Income, and I feel that $95.00 for 2 Minutes to Unlock my Door was a little Much. I will never let that happen again

Google5Brandon came out & did a great job making 2 new keys for our truck. He was friendly and was able to come out today. Thanks for the keys & nice visit. I highly recommend Brandon.
