Google5They did an excellent job installing my garage door. Pre-sales support was also fantastic, they were incredibly helpful with determining what size door would work in a tricky low-headroom, tight space as well as providing the information I needed to properly frame the doorway before their installation.

Google5Great service from these guys all around! I called them because the springs on my home's garage door were shot---- they were able to fit me in for a service call within 48 hours and got my problem all fixed up, and at a very reasonable price, too! Definitely recommended!

Google1I called to schedule an appointment for somebody to look at my nonfunctional garage door on Friday. The appointment was scheduled for the following Monday between 9-12. Nobody had shown up by 12:30. I called and got a voice mail box that was full. The guy called me at 1:30 and I told him I contacted somebody else. He was apologetic and said they (the office) had not told him that. Terrible way to do business.

Google1My husband called and set an appointment for today. Then they pushed it back to Wednesday and now they say Friday. Said they are behind. Why not say that upfront?? We lost a day. We cancelel and have another company that is coming today. JW's might be ok if you need something that isn't urgent but if you need something sooner rather than later, call another company.

Google1Very poor service. Took almost a whole week to get a estimate, then I had to call to see if it was ready which it was not...then they stated they would call me back that same day and didn't hear anything all day from them so I had to call back and yea it was ready they just didn't call. Very rude service. Would not recommend anyone to go there.

Google5I just happened to come across this company by accident in April. I called on a Friday and spoke with John the owner and he helped me over the phone with all my questions. I drove up on Monday May 4th and picked up everything I needed. I installed the door and opener by Friday and couldn't be more happier with John, his son-in-law and and the experience I had dealing with JW's Garage Door Company. I drove over 2 hours from Apollo, PA and it was worth every mile. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again John and John Jr. (lol)

Google5Great company. Quick to respond to request for estimate. Curt showed up on the date and time promised. Had the garage door installed ( by himself!) in under 3 hours. Cleaned up everything before leaving. By the way, the door is excellent quality! Probably won't need a garage door again, but if I did, this is who I'd call!!
