Google2Scheduling an appointment was easy and the technician was friendly so giving 2 stars. My opener was having issues over the weekend, it kept getting stuck and needed 2 or 3 attempts before opening all the way. I noticed a few bolts were loose so I tightened them which improved performance. When the tech arrived on Monday, he watched and listened to it but said everything sounded great, he would love to tell me that there was something to fix but said it seems in good condition. Then offered to do a general service which I thought would be great. Turns out that general service consists of tightening the bolts (again) and spraying WD-40, less than 5 min of work and cost $99 plus a $30 service fee. I may use their service again but ONLY if an actual repair is needed, I will never pay for a "general service" again.

Google5Just had my garage door fitted by this company and they did a first class job. The fitting was not straightforward, walls not straight and floor uneven but they overcome these hurdles and did a first class job - even made a small channel for water to drain away where it would otherwise form a pool due to it being uneven.

Google5The Crew arrived promptly and immediately proceeded to install our new electric roller shutter door. They worked very well as a team and tidied up after themselves. They also put in a threshold bar as we get driving wind and rain in bad weather. They were very professional throughout and we are extremely pleased with our new door.

Google5Ken was the garage technician who came out to fix my garage door. He was very professional, up front about what each repair would cost, and asked if I had any questions. He also called 30 min before he arrived (which they company said he would do) which was nice. I would recommend using this company for any garage door repair and intend to use them again in the future for my own garage door needs.

Google5These guys were great. I shopped around a bit and their prices were very competitive. Ken was a great technician. He was kind, courteous and took the time to answer ALL of my questions and looked over my older system after installing the new system. He gave me an honest assessment of what to look for in routine maintenance. Stop searching and give these folks a call.

Google5Very pleased with Annapolis Best Garage Door Repair. Izzy, the tech, was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He was running a few minutes late on a previous job and took the time to call me and let me know he would be a little late. That was wonderful! He tuned up and lubricated our garage door system, which sounded like a train, and it worked great. The price was right and he explained what he was doing and why. Also pointed out some things we should watch for. I highly recommend this company!
