Backed in door 2 weeks ago and had been searching for help. Everybody wanted to sell me a new door ($1300). Graves came out and in 20 minutes had the door straightened and working again. Great Job. They will be my go to guys.

We recently purchased two magnificent looking garage doors from Graves Overhead Doors. They have totally enhanced the beauty of our home. Our service folks: Billy, Bill and Jeff were personable and professional our got our doors installed and operational in quick fashion. The office ladies; Tabatha and Jennifer also took care of our needs and questions quickly and professionally. Waited a very long time for the garage door to come in. The initial customer representative lacked phone skills (contacted in late 2021). Since then, changes were made and improved a lot. We are very happy with the new door and care to have the function of the door smooth. The technician did not know how to couple the car visor remote to the new system. We'll figure that out on our own.

The spring on our garage door broke on a late Wednesday afternoon. Called around and Graves was the best priced and was able to repair it by Friday. Tech showed up on time and it was fixed within about 30 minutes. I would call them again for any assistance or repairs involving my garage door.

We called Graves for a garage door opener (transmitter). A $36 item on Amazon. Graves wanted to charge us over $100 to come out to the house and additional monies for the transmitter. They said they don't sell transmitter only. It took me less than 30 secs tp program with new transmitter from Amazon. BE AWARE THEY WILL SCAM YOU IF YOU ALLOW! Never again will I ever use, recommend Graves in Cumming, GA to anyone.

Outstanding Service!!! I spoke with Rick and Ben, on Thursday morning, my door was measured within an hour. I had my new garage door installed Monday morning by 9 am. I am in love with my new door. The installer was prompt and courteous. I will be honest, I tried a retailer store before I contacted anyone else. My house was without a garage door for 8 weeks and waiting, because of the backorder at the factory from covid. This company was recommended to me, and I was extremely happy I called. Now my house has a beautiful garage door, and my house will be warm for winter. Thank you, Graves!!!

What a wonderful company! The quality is great and affordable. After having a broken garage for over 10 years, our new door is so much better than we expected. They put the windows in the right place, gave us insulation that keeps our garage cooler, and the quiet garage door opener. David Smith helped us decide on what features to get in the door. What a great guy! We tried a couple of companies (not saying which) to get a quote and they were way too expensive. My neighbor just had theirs replaced and suggested Graves. Good call neighbor! We are incredibly happy with our door and I appreciate David for helping us out and making our choice much easier. Please keep them in mind if you're looking for a new door. They also custom doors and doors for the new style houses that are going up lately. Thanks y'all!

I've had two different experiences with this company so really torn at this point. My first experience was stellar. They responded quickly and professionally. They had an outstanding price. The work was top notch. I was thoroughly impressed. My second experience... I'm still in a bit of disbelief. I found myself in need of a garage door repair after an accident. I called them on Monday (6/22/2020) around lunchtime. The entire phone call seemed great. The representative was very polite and told me that she was going to the warehouse to see if they had the parts to fix my garage in stock or if they would need to be ordered. She pulled up my previous repair and confirmed all of my information. She said that someone would be calling me back the same day. Fast forward to Tuesday, the promised return phone call from Monday never happened. At the end of the day, I sent an email to them that I was still waiting for the phone call promised on Monday and was frustrated that they hadn't called back as promised. I also sent them a message through Facebook Messenger telling them I was frustrated they hadn't returned my call. On to Wednesday... I received a "read" receipt from Facebook Messenger around 8 AM. No response. No phone call. No return email. It's now 12:49 PM and still nothing. I'm not sure why they have chosen to ignore me rather than give me a courtesy call but if this is how they choose to do business, my current recommendation would be to avoid them.

This is the 2nd time I have used Graves and I could not be more pleased with the service. One of my door springs broke yesterday and I called for service. My technician, Jeff Rockmore, provided fast, knowledgeable, on time, next day service at a reasonable price. He is also one of the nicest and friendliest people I've met. Great job!
