We called and got an estimate timely. We wanted a small change. It took the sales guy 3 days to return a call. After he did call, we told him the small change (new door handle). He said he would call supplier and would call right back- he never called back. We have called and e-mailed a few times and we have had no response in 11 days. Not happy with the customer service.

A neighbor referred me to Dave, at Scofield. Dave told me over the phone that if I could drill a ~3.25" hole in the I-beam, he could do the rest, and for a very reasonable price. I was able to get Dave scheduled during the Christmas-New Year's holidays, and the installation went very well. He calmly handled deviations from normal protocol, using his own tools to expand the I-beam hole (which I had slightly under-drilled) and re-attaching one of the door roller guide rails that had previously come loose from the ceiling. He lubed and fine-tuned everything so it sounds real nice when it opens now. He has been doing this for decades, and he really knows his stuff. Services Rendered: I wanted to install a garage door opener in a 1923 home that had never had one, because the GDO cable/chain path was obstructed by a steel I-beam. Our original garage door installer did not want to get involved in a non-standard installation like this.

Had them out to give me a free estimate. They showed up and gave me a few options for replacing my garage door. No pressure what so ever. I decided to go with them. They delivered as promised. I was very happy with the service. There was a small gap at the bottom where the door meets the driveway on one end as a result of my ground not being even (not their fault) the installer still offered to put a different piece of rubber on and come back later the next week at no charge to me. They cleaned up before leaving and were very thorough and diligent in checking everything prior to leaving. My wife and I were very satisfied. Very professional from start to finish. Thank you.

Scofield was recommended by Hoelle Maintenance and Construction,They were repairing and painting my house. Scofield came out with a catalog. I chose a door, it was ordered, I thnk it came in about a week. They installed the door, rails, connected it to the opener and took the old door away. The whole process was quick, easy and the work was done well. Services Rendered: Replaced our garage door with a new one.
