Google5I received a quote up front and there were no surprises. Alex runs a great business, is professional, and was a great communicator. Every time I had a question I would receive a message back very quickly. We set up an install date within days of the quote, they arrived on-time and worked nonstop until job was complete. Great experience all around!

Google5We had a broken spring on our garage door. I called Torsion at 7:00am, left a message, and received a return call before 8:00. Alex came out that day and replaced the spring quickly. He was very professional and their price was fair given the cost of materials.

Google5Hands down would recommend over and over. Response time is the best in town! Inquired about a garage door opener and 24 hours later it was installed and operating. Alex the owner himself reached out and even came to my house to install.

Google5These guys did a great job! Showed up in time. Did a great job in replacing the springs and installing a new opener and chain. The garage door is whisper quiet. And they hauled away the trash. I'll never use anyone else!

Google5Alex and Dillon just left my house. I cannot express fully in a review how this experience completely surpassed my expectations. I have had other doors replaced in previous houses and knew a little of what to expect. We had a home with original heavy and loud wooden doors. Each single car door had a different spring system and different motor. They had gaps in all the seals and sweeps and generally looked very dated. Within a few hours of calling Alex, he was at my house to do an estimate and get some measurements. He had some great ideas and suggestions based on the style of the house and our aesthetic. It took us a couple weeks to decide on the final look. At 330pm on Monday we gave him our final selection and the green light. By Wednesday at 330pm the job was complete. We had selected an in-stock door style and our doors are a standard size (custom sizes or out of stock styles he said would take longer) They arrived at 1pm and were done and cleaned up by 330pm. By far the easiest and fastest contractor experience we have experienced. He is honest and provides fair pricing that is often well below big box stores and franchise companies. I found Alex through the great reviews on Google and I hope this has helped you as well.

Google5Alex and Torsion Garage Door could not have a higher recommendation in my opinion. Alex is so professional and honest. He uses very fair pricing and is willing to go out of his way to get the job done quickly and correctly. I had 4 different companies give me quotes on new garage doors and Torsion was by far the best and most affordable. Alex's quote offered far more than the other companies and for significantly less money. Torsion gives you way more bang for your buck not to mention the warranty that is included. Alex gave me a quote on a Monday and installed the new door the next day! I will 120% use Alex and Torsion again in the future and recommend this company to anyone in the market for a new garage door. You will absolutely not be disappointed choosing Alex and his team!
