    Purchased a garage door in September 2021, we were ready for install in February. Had a scheduled date,.no one showed. We called and nobody would call us back. Said the door had been installed so they just basically ignored our calls. Finally, we get to speak with somebody who confirmed they went to another house with the same last name. Door was finally installed in March. Tech was unprofessional, came into my home without permission, dropped the garage door to the ground during install and dented and scratched multiple panels. Window trim kit and remotes we paid extra for were no where to be found. 3" gap between door and garage floor on one side due to incorrect install and brace placement. My husband called the local store and talked to store manager and he offered touch up paint. When he was told that would not work because panels were dented his response was "what do you wane me to do about it?" That was Michael at the Cookeville store. We ended up having to call nick, a regional manager to even get someone to come look at it. Door had to be taken down and reinstalled. Two new panels ordered. No one called when they came in. We had to make contact and magically they were there and they could send someone out to install. Door I had ordered originally had a shadow line and these new panels did not due to the company taking the shadow line out of the design. So more panels had to be ordered. We wait again. No contact, we reaxh out and once.again panels are in and they can send someone same day to install. Installers call a few hours later and tell us they won't be coming because the panels are damaged. Panels ordered a third time. Still no contact when they come in. We call, panels have magically appeared. Now I have two mismatched panels on my garage door. They are different colors, different textures, and a totally different design from the door I ordered. The customer service has been terrible. We have had to push to get anything done and I am still waiting to see what they are going to do about this round of panels. The only reason they were given one star is because it isn't an option to leave none. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else. Even if your door is jacked up by their people, they don't care enough to fix it or make apologies for what has went wrong. Edited to add: once this review was written and posted my husband received a phone call from Nick, the regional manager telling him that a brand new door would be ordered. I still don't have the door, but today I have picked up a certified letter from my post office for a bill for the original purchase price of the garage door. A few things wrong here, one I paid $2000 down on this door at ordering. So I don't owe the full amount. 2. I still don't have a matching, correct garage door from this company. 3. We were promised a discount on the remaining balance left on the door. At this point, I feel like they should be compensation me for the ridiculousness that this transaction has been. Did I mention that this door was ordered almost one year ago and I still not adequately fixed?

    Called and got an appt. Plus quote? Waited for couple of weeks ,had to call them back to find out the person who did the appointment ,up and quit ! So I talked to Nick who took over and rescheduled which he said we are 2 weeks out! Ok,I still want and need it done ,so put me down again,I need this job done!! Well several more weeks went by?? No one ever came or called and when I called back and talked to Nick ,he didn't have a clue and said you talked to me??? Wonder why company's have bad business and no customer service!!

    They sprayed cellulose in our roof/ceiling, some places were several feet high, other places the wires and studs were visible. They sprayed insulation in all of our vented soffits and left it like that. They filled our power outlets and light switch boxes with insulation. When they came back to clean out the power outlets, my husband had to send them back in the house multiple times because they forgot some of the outlets. They knocked a hole in my sheetrock with their machine and never mentioned it. They came back to fix the insulation in the roof and now still it's only about 1 inch thick over the kitchen. They are holding up our building process. We are laying floor now and I'm afraid they will scratch it when they come back. Still the manager is not calling us back about fixing the insulation over the kitchen. Do not waste your time, energy, or money with this group.

    I totally agree with Miranda Huey. You cannot get these people to do anything! They installed a garage door for me a few years ago and now it needs some servicing. I have tried for 4 months just to get someone to call me back and schedule an appointment for an estimate. Everytime I call, I am promised a call back later that day but 4 months later I still have not received one. My advice to anyone wanting to use this place is DON'T!!!!

    Have been trying to get them to come out and look at the door to repair it. When they did, was here five minutes and left without a word. Didn't hear back for almost a week. Call them on our next day off, all we hear is that they will be in touch. Shouldn't be this hard to give someone money to provide a service. Forced to go elsewhere. Don't waste your time, like they did ours.
