Google1We bought parts to fix our door from Woolbrights since they originally source our doors for the contractor who built our shop. They had parts in a reasonable time and we drove to pickup the parts. The problem started when the door panel was incorrect which we didn't know until the people fixing the door came to do the work. We tried to get Woolbrights to do the work but, they didn't want to do but, agreed to sell us parts since our local Garage Door Company was having issues in getting parts. I called and Marty agreed to refund my money for the door panel but, when I tried to nail down a time to return it I got that they are in and out all the time. Marty said if I would return door panel and leave a note the the mail box he would mail a refund check. So on 3/18/2021 the day after my do was fixed by another Door Company who had a panel of a different brand I returned the door panel to his place of business and put it where he said to put it and left a note. After several calls and attempted calls and a little bit of a run around I finally received a refund check today 4/26/2021. The biggest problem is that I feel that he took advantage of us since we were close to 240 miles away for a round trip to get to there location. The company that fiexd it look at my invoice and said that he overcharged us said the springs would have been around $150 and our total bill for the springs and a door panel was $533.33 and Marty only refunded $136.53. Only reason we called is that we wanted same brand and style. My business was down 3 1/2 months due to broken door and then to top it off get taken advantage off is just horrible. I know where not to buy from next time. Just beware.

Google5Very pleased and highly recommend them. On time! (How often does that happen) Very friendly and worked to find a day and time best for me. Plus, another repair shop I called(outside the area) said this is who he would call.

Google55 stars! I love a small hometown family business! They were very honest and friendly, and they provided professional service! They came right on time, and the price was a little lower than the original quote. Thank you guys for doing such a great job on my garage door.

Google5Shout out to Woolbright Garage Doors. We finally entered the 20th C. and got an automated garage door. We were able to customize to our liking and they installed it quickly, professionally, and Covid-safely. Highly recommend!

Google5We had a garage door break its torsion spring on Sunday, I had called a few companies to try and get a quote or to come out and fix it. Woolbright was the first company to call back. They came out soon after the phone call and within a half hour the door spring was fixed and fully operational. The cost was more than satisfactory and great service. Thank you all for your prompt call and work! We will be contacting you all again when we are in need.

Google5My husband phoned them yesterday regarding a problem with one of our garage doors, and they came out and repaired it in very quickly in the afternoon. We were worried that we would have to have the garage door replaced, but they repaired it with a steel reinforcement that will last, and obviated the need for a replacement door. Apparently this exceptional service is typical for Woolbrights because we have also used their service on two other occasions in recent years (in those cases, b/c of garage door opener malfunctions) and we were just as satisfied with their performance in those instances as we were yesterday. Very reliable, professional, efficient and competent!

Google5Woolbright's had installed two new doors and openers for my house about 19 years ago. At the time they did an excellent job, were resonably priced and the workers were great. Fast forward to 2019 and one of my doors had a disagreement with a car and the car won. Also, the opener for that door stopped working. Since I had a good experience the first time, I called them again. Mr. Woolbright came right out to check it out, gave me a fair price and his workers came the next day. They replaced two panels on the door and were able to repair the opener. They could have told me that the opener was unrepairable and sold me a new one. I wouldn't have known the difference. I give them credit for being honest with me. The panels match perfectly and the opener works great. I would recommend them to anyone.
