Google5The company came out for an emergency problem when we couldn't find anyone else when needed. Our garage door had stuck in place halfway and was no longer movable. Our neighbor had come over and got it to go down for us, but the technician Brian Nicodemus was able to resolve the problem without a problem and quite well. I highly recommend them for their service and if needed I will more than likely be calling them back out again for my future services.

Google5I just had both my garage doors replaced after hail damage and 365 Overhead Garage Door over delivered by a mile. The doors are great quality, the owner was consultative, listened to my needs and offered advice, the installation was fast, professional, and clean. Both the owner and installer worked collaboratively as a team. I highly recommend them. And I'll call them first when I need garage door service.

Google5My garage door is having problem during weekend, door is not able to close and feel so helpless until I called Bob at 365 Overhead Garage Door. Bob sent Brian immediately and arrived my house within 1 hour to get the door fixed, such a super fast and service to save me definitely. Brian is super nice and explain everything in details. I'd rather to rate Bob and Brian 6 stars here if Google review have 6 stars though.

Google5Highly recommend this company for your garage door needs! I used them last year to replace a spring. So, when the door wouldn't close this time I called them. Brian came out, surveyed the situation, adjusted the safety sensors and voila, the door works! He gave me some guidance on maintaining the door so it lasts. Brian and the team are great!

Yelp5These guys did a great job for me on two separate properties. They were very responsive and pricing was quite reasonable. They also were very targeted in their recommendations for what needed to be repaired. They are now my "go to" garage door repair company.

Yelp5Please read entire review. Can't say enough about them! We moved into a house and a couple months later we were stuck in our gate and couldn't get it manually to open either. I called them at 7am (yes, that early) because kids had to go to school and we were having a birthday party that weekend and we have an exposed pool. So panicked, I called and couldn't get them out that morning. We went with another very well known company to come out. They did and quoted us an INSANE amount of money and then ultimately told us it was "too much" of a project for their company. Before moving forward or really anything, I called back that afternoon just for the hell of it. He answered me again (even after calling at 7am ha!) and was there that night after hours. Not only did he squeeze us in that week so I didn't panic but they were a THIRD OF THE PRICE. Don't worry, if you see my reviews you'll be able to see the other company that tried to rip us off. They came, worked in the rain and well into the night. Not only is that enough to make you call them.... since they've done the work I've text them 2 times and they've been out that day to check on something or help us with additional stuff. Do yourself and a favor and use them! They won't disappoint you and in the event they do... they actually care to make it right!!!!

Yelp1Tried several times to get this company to come out and fix my driveway gate. He did not show on the day he was going to try to come by. In the weeks after I kept trying to get on his schedule. He'd tell me he would and then just... incommunicado. He might be a great repairman and was nice when we talked. Just didn't seem to want the business enough to show. EDIT: to Bob's reply... your notes are incorrect. I contacted you before the storm (6/6). After the storm you did tell me you were busy from the storm, which was frustrating since I reached out prior to that, but was still patient. I reached out twice on 6/12, again 6/14, and the last text 6/17 I asked you to give me a time frame when you could come out and you just sent a thumbs up. I didn't DIY... I had to call someone else out.

Google5I had a bit of an emergency when my garage door popped half way off the track. Unable to close the door I called my neighbor who came over to take a look. Unable to help as two wheels had fallen out of the left side of the door, and the middle bent I called the first company that popped up. I am felling blessed that it was 365 Overhead Garage Door! Bob answered and called back saying he would have someone out to look at the door within the hour. Gary responded and had my door repaired and better than before within 60 minutes. Gary was professional, knowledgeable and communicated exactly what he would do to repair the door. I am beyond thankful for their service and they have gained a customer. I clearly expected that this would break the bank as it is a Sunday and this was an emergency response. I was so very pleasantly surprised by what they charged. I concur with previous posts that they are fairly priced and didn't gouge me and because of that I will call them with all my future garage door needs. Thank you Bob and Gary!!

Yelp5When the spring on my garage door snapped at 9:00 one evening, I began calling a few local companies to see what the options were for emergency service. Even though the companies called, were advertising as 24hr, several didn't answer and one was simply rude. 365 OGD answered immediately, and with enthusiasm. Seriously. He offered to send someone right over, but what I really needed was for someone to come first thing in the morning. That was no problem for him, and he added me to their schedule. The tech arrived by 8:30, the next morning, and after a quick inspection, he offered options for repair. I was considering replacement, so I asked him to quote that, as well. Bottom line, he had my door replaced, by 5:00 that day, for the price quoted. No surprises, no mess left behind. I couldn't be more pleased with the staff and the service at 365OGD! Thanks guys!!

Yelp5365 Overhead - are awesome. My HOA forced me to have my beautiful new door painted. The painter painted between the panels which caused them to stick, even 4 mos later, thoroughly dried, it still affected the opening and separating of the panels - making an awful noise. Awful. It sounded like the garage ceiling would come crashing down. 365 came out and took a razor and shaved the paint away. The noise subsided. I would never have believed it. These people have been in business for years and their excellent reputation is well deserved. So thankful for them. Have your painter tape the inside edges! It's important!

Yelp5Just had an excellent experience. Bob (home office) and Nestor (tech) took great care of us today. I can recommend them with confidence. One of our springs broke last night, so our garage door was struggling to open. I put in a request for quotes through Yelp. Bob responded in minutes to say that Nestor was available today, and quoted a fair price. To be fair, every company that I requested a quote from responded within the hour, and their responses were good. I needed this today, and some of the others were already booked today but could come tomorrow. I chose 365 based on their availability, promptness, and courtesy. I'm sure that others could have done a good job, but I'm happy with my choice. Nestor was clearly an expert and did an excellent job.

Google5I would highly recommend this company! Minutes after the spring popped on my garage door, I called 365Overhead which were the only ones with a 24/7 schedule! Bob was friendly, come out within 2 hours to fix the issue. I would definitely call them back for any additional work. Thanks again!

Yelp5My garage door broke late at night two days before Christmas. I couldn't get a hold of anybody and was on the phone for hours trying to get somebody to come out in the middle of the night and st least shit my garage for me, the only people that answered and showed up was 365 garage. They helped me out that night and were very professional, they got my door closed and secured until my new door could be put on. They informed me of things about garage doors that I had no idea about, like the importance of insulation and about how people can easily break into garage doors so now I have a more secure steel door since I live alone this makes me feel so much safer. Since this happened right before Christmas I couldn't get my new door for a couple days but when I did get it fixed I was amazed with how good it looked and how quiet it was!! Everything they did was perfect. I just cannot believe how quiet my new door is, I show everyone that comes over lol. They did a fantastic job. I cannot recommend them enough. They went above and beyond my expectations And most importantly they helped me out when nobody else would. Thank you so much 365!

Angi5Nestor repaired the door well and quickly. He was very courteous. He replaced one of the springs, even though he had to work around a huge car that was parked in a very hot garage. Another repair company had refused to fix the door because of the presemce of the car. The cost was reasonable. I have read about the lousy reputation of garage door repair companies in Dallas, so I was relieved to find 365 Overhead Garage Door. Services Rendered: Our very old garage door would not open.

Angi5Bob was easy to reach, professional, knowledgable, and gave a fair price. He even looked at a leak in my kitchen for me, even though he wasn't paid to do that. I'll definitely call again if needed. Services Rendered: My garage door opener wasn't working, so Bob analyzed the problem and we arranged a time for him to come back with some replacement equipment.
