I called here to get a new door for my home and it was such a smooth process! I have no knowledge about garage doors- especially how to order one none the less, but they were so helpful and guided me through different kinds of doors to find the best one. When it was time to install, the techs were so kind and did an amazing job. They did it fast and were very polite the entire time. Everyone was friendly from the beginning to the end and I definitely recommend OHD Granbury!

DO NOT DO business with this company. We received the wrong door with quality issues and a year later it hasn't been resolved. They are totally non responsive. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. It looks like I am going to have to hire an attorney to get my money back. I already paid for 1/2 of 3 other garage doors for our new house. This has turned into a nightmare.
