It went very well we will use them again! Services Rendered: We had to replace our garage door opener including springs and flip door hinges. They were punctual and did excellent work. 6 months later we had some wood rot damage that caused the spring on one side to break. They came out quickly, fixed it while our car was trapped in the garage. They were careful and fixed the wood and gave us a very reasonable price

Scott at ALL WAYS GARAGE DOORS was the second garage door repair man I called. Wish he had been the FIRST. The first changed my springs, but then told me he didn't do HINGES! Who knew!....A garage door repair man that doesn't do hinges. SO I CALLED ***ALL WAYS***!!! Scott was on time and very informative. He was very informative and professional. Scott was very helpful and professional from the start. He gave us a fair estimate of the cost to repair our door, and also gave us information about getting a new door. No pressure at all to do one or the other. Helpful information about our options, and he didn't try to get us interested in buying a new door by talking about cheap doors with low prices. After the original visit and repair estimate, it took me a couple of months to make the decision, and during that time Scott was very helpful answering a number of specific questions in detail via email. After we made the decision to buy a new door, Scott was very professional in making the arrangements, and right on schedule the day of installation. We were very impressed by his professionalism throughout the process, and we would definitely turn to him again. The only reason I didn't give him a "5" on price was that I didn't do comparison shopping, but I believe he gave us a very fair deal for the model we purchased. Services Rendered: Our old garage door opener had broken. Scott came out and provided an estimate of the cost to repair the broken opener, and also gave us information about buying a new door. We had been thinking about getting a new (and quieter and nicer-looking) roll-up door to replace our old conventional door, and we ended up getting a new door and opener.

My garage doors are nearly 10 years old and the weather stripping on the bottom and sides was stiff, cracked, etc. Also the photoelectric sensors were not working properly. I called ALL WAYS and they fixed everything within a few hours. Everything works great now and I didn't have to pay for new garage doors. Services Rendered: Garage door weather stripping replaced. Garage door, opener hardware tightened, wires for photoelectric sensors replaced.
