Did not return my multiple calls over a three month period. At first I thought that he was away, ill or ill, or had retired. However, the appearance of dated recent customer commentary on the Angie's List website indicates that he is still in business. Finally, I hired someone else who provided the service quickly and efficiently. Services Rendered: Has provided excellent service in the past. Present needs were to replace or reinforce a hinge on one garage door and service springs and lubricate hinges on both garage doors.

It went GREAT! My call was returned promptly and a time was scheduled, a specific time- not a four hour window. James arrived at exactly the time scheduled. He examined the safety beam setting and realigned it within a few minutes. He said it was so simple and so quick that there was no charge! He did not even want to charge for his time to schedule and make the call. Wow! This company deserves the high rating it has received on Angie's List. If I ever have any garage door issues, this is the company I will go to every time. Services Rendered: The safety beam on the garage door was pushed out of alignment and thus the door would not operate properly. I was unsuccessfuil when I tried to repair it. Atkins Garage came out and corrected the problem within minutes.
