Google1RUDE! Don't waste your time here!!! Called for residential, front desk transferred call..phone was picked up and was immediately hung up on. Called back, transferred again, a voicemail prompted, left message. No return call........ Waited 2 days. Called again. Repeat exactly what happened above. Hung up on again!!! Called back once more to talk to a manager, and the receptionist informed me they don't serve walk-in purchases anymore. Soneone could have returned my call 2 days earlier to let me know this! Terrible business practices and they are very unprofessional.

Google5Not sure why all the negative reviews. I've had nothing but great experience with this company. I have 3 garages at my home and they repaired them at a reasonable price and were very professional. My garage doors are over 700 pounds each and this company had no issue working on them.

Google5I believe my technician was Aaron. Very professional, friendly, and a fair price. Even went above and beyond to get my springs replaced and door in working order.

Google1I ordered a door from them in Sept `22. They said 8 weeks to install. They finally partially and crookedly installed a broken-in-shipping door in March '23 (6 months later). It's now July '23 (10 months) and I still don't have a functioning opener, nor have they fixed the broken door or corrected the out of plumb install. I need at least 2 more doors to rebuild our (burned down in the marshall fire) home. Iook elsewhere..

Google1Garbage "24/7" service - my garage door would not close and I called at 4:50 to get the "after hours call service" (when they actually close at 5, no idea why.) I called 2x, was told twice that a tech was texted, but the person answering the phones couldn't tell me what the next step was, nor did they have any update as to why I was never called. Its now the next day at 3 in the afternoon and I still haven't received a call. I gave up and called another overhead door location and not only got through to a live tech, but I got my service call scheduled for tonight! W the ratings as bad as they are for this location, I should have known better.

Google1I'm just posting an email I sent to them in regards to my most recent experience with 2 of the employees over the phone Good morning I am writing this just to clarify that what I am being told is correct. After calling the company multiple times being told I would get a call back from the local service rep to schedule an appointment which did not happen until the 3rd time I called in 3 weeks to be left a message saying we are too busy and are 4 weeks out so I the potential customer needs to pursue another company for the work. I was not offered any type of date even after the scheduled appointments so I then called the operator in aurora back and explained I waited 3 weeks to hear back from you to be told I can't be helped?? And I then explained my company has very recently had annual contracts for normal pm checks on all 3 of our buildings with you and I would like to set that back up on a normal schedule and the operator directed me to Google other companies and go with them. This email is more for helping your company keep business and bring Light to what seemed to be very poor customer service and no effort to maintain or gain new business I will be doing what your operator directed me to do and seek out another company to take on the contract and hopefully this gets looked into for future customers sake.

Google1I would give a 0 if I could. DO NOT USE this company. I had new spring installed and it broke within 7 months. It happened on a Saturday. The website says available 24/7 which is not true, I called several times over the weekend and NO RESPONSE. My husband had to go to the airport but we couldn't get our cars out so we had to pay a $100 Uber charge. On top of it they want to charge a $50 service call. I told them I would deduct that from my Uber charge. I also told them about the FALSE ADVERTISING on their website about 24/7 and they need to change it. I was ignored.

Angi5Paul replaced the spring on Thursday making it possible for me to go to work now that my garage door was secure. He returned on Friday and replaced the opener. He had a sore back from a previous job or else he would have replaced both items on the same day.My husband had attempted to fix the garage door months earlier, but the size of the springs that he purchased were slightly different than the original springs. So the springs became out of sink which broke our garage door opener one day when I was leaving for work. I did not feel I could leave the house with the garage door part way open. Overhead Garage offered the same day service, so I called them for service. They got the job done in a timely manner. Services Rendered: Replaced garage door spring and garage door opener.

Angi4REPAIRMAN ARRIVED AT SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME AND WAS PROMPT IN DIAGNOSING PROBLEM AND REPAIRING SWITCH IN THE DOOR SENSOR. INFORMATIVE ABOUT NEEDED ROUTINE MAINTENANCE. Services Rendered: GARAGE DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN, REPAIR NEEDED. THIS COMPANY HAD INSTALLED THE DOOR TWO YEARS PREVIOUSLY.

Angi4THEY WERE VERY TIMELY AND CAME THE DAY AFTER I CALLED. THE WORK WAS DONE NEATLY AND QUICKLY. THE MAN DID TRY TO SELL ME SOME THINGS THAT I DID NOT REALLY THINK I NEEDED. IT SEEMED LIKE HE WAS MAYBE ENCOURAGED TO UPSELL. THE PERSON WHO MADE THE APPOINTMENT WITH ME OVER THE PHONE WAS A VERY HARD SELL. HE PROMISED TO MATCH WHATEVER LOW PRICE I HAD FOUND, AND HE DID JUST BEAT THAT PRICE. Services Rendered: THEY REPLACED THE TWO LARGE SPRINGS ON MY GARAGE DOOR. THEY DID A COMPLETE DIAGNOSTIC OF THE GARAGE DOOR AND EXPLAINED HOW THE PARTS WORKED AND WHAT NEEDED REPAIR.

Angi4THEY INSTALLED THE AUTOMATIC GARAGE DOOR IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. WHEN IT DID NOT WORK AS IT SHOULD HAVE, THEY RETURNED AND PUT IN AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT KIND OF UNIT. WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS SINCE. Services Rendered: THREE MEN CAME AND INSTALLED AN AUTOMATIC GARAGE DOOR FOR THE DOUBLE GARAGE.
