I first called on 12/30 because our garage opener wouldn't work. I left a voicemail and got a callback within five minutes. We discussed the problem and he stated that my current model of opener would be very hard to get parts for because that company was no longer in business, but he would try to locate the needed parts. He gave me an estimate over the phone and I decided I would prefer a new opener. He never pressured me and gave me info on my options. He quoted a price of $255 including a keypad (I asked for this). I agreed and thought with the holiday coming up that I would be waiting a while, but he came the next morning exactly on time and did a great job! I am a very satisfied customer! It went really well. They came out the same day I called which you cannot beat that with a provider. We discussed having them come out again in the future to install a brand new garage door. Services Rendered: They came out and fixed the issue I had with my garage door.

DO: Do hire this company for your overhead door services. I believe they install new doors but I know for sure they repair doors and they do an outstanding job. DON'T: Dont call anyone else in the Chippewa Valley area. This company is the best. Services Rendered: The company repaired an overhead door that had not been opened in several years. The work was done quickly and professionally and the cost was more than reasonable.
