Google5thank you garage door medic for being so fast prompt.Cassey, is the best installer/ person ever I called him we made arrangements. He was here when he said he was going to be here. The door is done and less than 45 minutes and I was on my way again thank you so much. I will give you guys 10 stars if I could.

Google5Our garage door broke in snowy and cold weather. I called several garage door companies and when no one answered I remembered I had had a good experience with Garage Door Medic in my real estate career. I called them and they answered the phone and were able to get to my property the next morning. They have been prompt and polite, easy to communicate with, and are priced fairly.

Google2These folks are super nice and have low prices. The garage door arrived scuffed with bare metal showing. I was told this is just how these doors are and reassured me they would apply the provided touch up paint. After installation the door would frequently open just before it shut. They came back to fix it but it still doesn't shut smoothly. The technician was very polite and worked on the door while I was in the house working. About an hour later I looked into the garage to check on him but he was gone and left the garage door open without saying anything. Great price, nice people, but not the best quality product or installation.

Google5These guys are the best around if you're looking for garage door service/repair. Casey came out same day and diagnosed an issue with my opener getting stuck on the way up. Got it replaced in less than an hour once the parts came in. Would highly recommend!

Google5Very pleased!!! They responded immediately and took care of my problem the very same day! Casey was on time as he promised, was very professional and an above average mechanic! He was thorough, expedient and didn't mind answering my questions. ( I did leave him alone to do his work, he certainly didn't need or want my help... ) Overall, a Great Company and I would recommend them to everyone!!!

Google5Second time I've used Garage Door Medic, and both times they did an amazing job. They were out to my house within two hours of calling. After getting the parts, they had it completely fixed in less than thirty minutes. Fast, reliable, fair. Will absolutely use them again and recommend to others.
