Google5Woke up to a broken door spring. The team at overhead door had a Tech (Kyle) out there in no time. Kyle foxed the spring and noticed the main drive bar was broken. He came out a couple hours later and replaced it under warranty. Keep up the great work!

Google5I had a new garage door opener installed recently (belt drive). 2 Gentlemen arrived on time. They were friendly, professional and most importantly, they knew what they were doing. The installation was fast. They showed me all the features, answered all my questions and were on their way. The garage opener itself is awesome. It is extremely quiet. I hope to have them back soon to replace my other 2 openers.

Google5I called Wednesday morning to setup a service call for my garage door on Friday. I was so happy your company was able to make that work. My garage door has never worked so well till today. Google5My garage door came off the track on Sunday morning. I called Overhead Door and Raymond came out within 30 minutes and had my door up and running in no time. He did a fantastic job and his knowledge and customer service skills are very impressive. Thank you!!

Google1Had them out to replace springs in my garage door in March. Springs needed to be special ordered and they were installed late May. The door has not worked right since, springs were not the same size as before and were put in different spots from the originals. I mentioned it during install and was told they were moved to accommodate the spring sizing. I had them out twice during the "warranty period" because the door would not shut all the way on one side and it just didnt seem to operate as before. I was intially told that it would take up to 90 days for the springs to properly adjust but I insisted they come out anyway. The trailing/tension cables were adjusted both times and the last time I was told it was not under warranty but since he couldn't get ahold of anyone at the office he would just mark it as warranty. Next time I called because it was still not working correctly I was told it would not be covered under warranty. It's continuing to be an issue, my door creaks and groans when closing ,one sides cable is sloppy after it shuts, one side has a gap over one inch and it seems to have an extreme amount of pressure. It surges forward after the button is pressed and rocks back and forth until it balances out. I'm waiting for the day that something breaks free and it falls. If you need anymore more than a standard garage door replacement I would 100% not recommend them. 1k out the door and left me with a definite safety issue.

Google5Overhead Door provided timely, affordable, and excellent customer service for the replacement of two torsion springs on the same day I initiated the repair call. To make matters even better, they applied a 10% senior citizen's discount to my bill.

Google5The 2 young men that came out to repair our garage door were very nice and professional. The repair didn't take long at all, maybe 30 minutes. The price of the repair was definitely reasonable too! We will definitely utilize Overhead doors services again and highly recommend them to anyone that need repairs! Thanks guys! We greatly appreciate it!
