Yelp5Bry and Kyle were great! Kyle serviced our door. We had one broken spring on our double door and he replaced both for a low and reasonable price. They were able to come out basically the next day so their service was fast. Polite, Respectful, and Quick too! Would definitely use them again.

Google5Kyle showed up on time, was very professional and finished in a timely manner. He also lubed my garage door hinges and spring. He even programmed our phones and packaged all of the components from my old opener so that I can use it in the future

Google5Bry Overhead door without a doubt is far above all the other door companies we have used in the past both residential and commercial. Google5Having a garage door break is never fun. Especially at nearly midnight Saturday night. Thankful for the recommendation to reach out to Bry. While they were closed Sunday, Stephanie made arrangements for Kyle to come Monday. He was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. While I hope I don't have to, I won't hesitate to call Bry should the need arise.

Google5These are the people to call if you need repairs on your garage door! They are quick to answer your call and all your questions. Kyle was our technician and he was very professional, courteous and good at his job! Very impressed from start to finish! I don't want my garage door to break down but if it does, I'll be calling Bry Overhead Door Service!

Google5A month or so ago, I had a problem with one of my huge commercial type garage doors at my home and found this company quite by luck. The young man's name who came to do my servicing here in Piedmont was Kyle Grady. He was fantastic and their charge for service was incredibly reasonable. Very knowledgeable. I recommend this company and Kyle 100% Sorry it took so long to do this review guys!!! You rock.

Google5A big shout-out to Brian and Stephanie Biggers for their incredible assistance with our garage door mishap! On the morning of our daughter's birthday party, our garage door spring decided to give up. We reached out to Bry Overhead Door Service on a Saturday morning, and Brian arrived within just 30 minutes and quickly replaced the spring. Their customer service is absolutely exceptional, and they are hands down the best company to deal with.

Google5Bry Overhead Door scheduled me quickly due to a garage door spring breaking and then were able to fit me in the next day. They were quick, friendly, and great to work with. Kyle had our garage door fixed and serviced quickly at a very fair price. Highly recommend!

Yelp5Daryl came by and did a repair for me a couple years back. I had all of the rollers, the bottom seal, and the side and top moldings replaced and now all gaps are covered keeping the critters and any air out (the garage is below a living space so it's important to keep it as warm as possible in there). The best part about the experience is their bill blew away any quote I had received, super affordable. I highly recommend and will only be calling them for any garage door needs.

Yelp5Had great service today from Daryl. Garage door stopped working. Called today around 10am and they were here by 3pm. Had called a competitor just before and was told the earliest they could Come was next Friday. Daryl explained the issue and was able to fix it quickly. He was very professional and personable. The pricing was extremely competitive. He even offered to replace the light bulbs in the overhead motor for me. It's very hard to get great customer service like this nowadays. I highly recommend!

This is actually our second experience with Bry Overhead Doors and I am glad we called back after originally having a big name brand company coming to analyze our issue (We had misplaces Bry's contact info) Bry's prices are very reasonable and he got the job done within 30-45 minutes. I would definitely recommend Bry's Overhead Doors. He is very friendly to work with and explained the problem to me where I could understand the complexity of the situation. He even spent over 15 minutes on the phone with my husband telling him the issues as well since he was at work. Thank you again for your help.
