Yelp3We have been customers of Garage Door Doctor for almost 19 years. I called recently to ask about purchasing an extra garage door opener remote. I was told that a technician would need to come out to program it and check the garage door. We had the garage door worked on in April of 2023. We were told the garage door remote with work (unnecessary work) would cost $155.00. We cancelled the appointment. This was the first time in all these years we were disappointed in the company. The remotes are $35.00 on line.

Yelp1Too expensive! $500 to replace springs in door. I feel like I got ripped off. They got me at a vulnerable time.

Yelp5When our garage door started opening and closing without our pushing any buttons we didn't know where to turn. Through a Google search I found Garage Door Doctor, who we called to set up a service call. The technician who came out was Brandon who did an incredible job explaining the likely problem and how to resolve the issue. In addition, he identified two other "problem areas" with our door, and offered to repair those as well. In the end we have a perfectly operating garage door, as well as the added convenience of remote opening and closing, along with a camera that allows us to remotely view the garage. Without question, our garage door is functioning better than it has since we purchased this house. Brandon was great, and we would gladly recommend Garage Door Doctor for any issues relating to your garage door.

Yelp5Tim , the technician that came out to repair our garage door, was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. The mechanism that supports the motor came unhinged and Tim did a wonderful job of inspecting everything and assessing best options. I could not have asked for a better experience and resolution that he provided. Setting up appointment and cost estimate was easy and fast. The message from the owner was a nice touch. I will say cost was extremely fair and coming out for service on a Sunday was great. Our garage door is fairly old so i will definitely call Garage Doctor when its time to upgrade. We could have chosen any company and thanks to Tim we made the best choice.

Yelp5Great customer service, from the call for help to the technicians saving the day! They fixed my problem and were thorough, even cleaned up after themselves. Answered my questions and gave a lot of useful advice. I have used them many times and each time I have received amazing service from all their technicians and always friendly and professional. I am a Garage Door Doctor customer for LIFE! I highly recommend them for any and all your garage door needs.
