We had issues with two garage door openers. We explained the situation to Greg and Ray, and they sent Isaiah to make the repairs, along with Ryan, who assisted with one of the openers as a training exercise. They did a GREAT job, and dealt very fairly with us. We recommend them.

My garage door spring broke and I couldn't open it to get our cars out. The folks at RCG said they would get someone out to fix it in the early afternoon. Ryan showed up right on time, was able do a temporary repair for the door,, so we could get our cars out. He was very friendly, polite, and professional. We received excellent help in picking out a new door, which is being ordered.I found the cost of the new door to be reasonable.

The service provided was excellent! During freezing weather, my garage door wouldn't completely shut. I received an immediate callback to ensure safety and a service dispatch appointment was scheduled. The service technician arrived on time and was focused on meeting customer needs. They conducted a thorough inspection and repair, all while offering reasonable pricing. I am now using this service as my primary choice for garage door assistance. Bravo!

The weather was ultra cold outside and our cable broke. The company came out within a few hours and fixed the problem quickly even though they were very very busy. The service tech need to park on the street and to walk up and down icy steps to get to our doors. I appreciate them fitting us in and getting the job done so quickly at a reasonable price.

Radio Controlled Garage provided excellent service, best pricing and overall an excellent experience in purchasing a new garage door. I originally priced out using Costco vendor and Radio Controlled Garage quoted a better product and lower cost. Greg, Ray and the installation team are professional , honest, and wonderful to work with. I cannot recommend them enough! The best in their business

What an incredible, efficient company. Very responsive to inquiries, professional & courteous technicians. Totally surprised me with their reasonable rates. My garage door opener is rather old and I know I will need service again. I will DEFINITELY use them in the future. If you are looking for service on your garage doors, definitely give them a call.

RCGD&G originally installed the new garage door on my new house 8 years ago. So when the spring broke, I called them to come out and fix it. I was happy with the response time, they came out the next day. When the Service tech came out on 11/24/21, and was replacing the springs however... He broke the trolley on my garage opener. Then He stated, ( I say "He" because he never gave me his name, nor did he leave his name on the invoice) that I would have to pay for my Own part (because they dont stock that brand or part). Also, He stated that they would give me a discount to install the part when it came in. SO... not only did I have to source AND pay for my own part, that HE broke on installation... I had to pay for them to come back out and fix the mistake that THEY made. The day it happened I called into the office to let them know what had happened. They said the service tech was not back yet to turn in the service report. I waited a couple of days then called back in. The woman that answered the phone was very nice (I don't remember her name). She said that the whole situation didn't sound right and that she would have the owner (Phillip) get in-touch with me. I waited a couple of Days then I got a call from Greg (not the owner Phillip). I explained the whole situation again to Greg. He stated, that yes sometime things like that happen and that they don't carry the parts for the opener model that I had. Then he went on to say that they carry Liftmaster openers and that they would discount a new opener $50 (because the Ryobi that I had aren't the Best option). Greg also offered me $30 of the $99 labor charge to come back out and install the replacement part that THEIR service technician broke. I shared my displeasure with the whole situation, and told him that I have been in sales for over 20 years. If I were onsite with a customer and broke something that I was not there to fix in the first place, then I would do what was right, buy the part and replace it. I don't think I was asking then anything outrageous. All I wanted them to do was reimburse me for the part that THEY broke and to re-install the part (That they broke). So I paid the $270 for new springs and $119 in labor the first time. Then, I paid another $69 in labor for David (the second tech, who was amazing and super helpful btw) to install the part and $35 for the part itself.
