Recently our garage door opener broke and we called Overhead. They were able to come out quicky which was important as it was going to snow the next day. Allen, our tech, was able to fix it without replacing it!

The day after New Years and here came Allen to replace the spring on one of our garage doors...so polite and professional! He also tightened the wall console so our firefighter son can get out faster for calls! We recommend Overhead Door!!

Came home in the morning, garage door wouldn't open. Luckily I could lift it up to get in the house. Called 1st company, they said around 4 that day. Next company was answering machine, 3rd try was overhead door company. She check with her service people, 11:00 it is! 10:30 Allen called me and said he'll be there in 30 minutes. He spent time going over repairing mine or replacing it. The motor of my 20 year old opener blew up. I was very concerned about when they could do it. At 70 years old, I had no desire to keep lifting that double door. Allen said he had 2 small service jobs that were promised but he'll be back at 3 to replace everything if I wanted. Fully explained the opener' the warranty and gave me choices of models to install. He started at 3:00 sharp, was gone by 4:45. Everything was completely replaced, rails, door stoppers and wall and car opener. He programmed all openers including the built in opener in my wife's car, cleaned up everything and was gone! I asked about paying, he gave me a copy of the bill, had me call the office in the morning and clear it. Great great organization selling high end products with limited life time warranties. We just wanted to say how happy we were with Allen the service tech when he came to fix our garage door spring. We also asked him if he could change our keypad and put new rubber molding on both of our garage doors. It was very nice of him to take time to do that additional work. We highly recommend Overhead Door.

My technician Allen answered all questions and was up front with cost -- which was very fair to replace two garage door springs. Allen's communication was top notch. The appointment was done efficiently and timely. All my concerns about the garage door were addressed as well. Top notch service and professionalism!!

Our garage door opener spring broke with both cars trapped inside our garage. I called Overhead Door in the morning and they had a service technician at our house that afternoon. The repair took approximately 1 hour. The door now operates more smoothly than ever. We are very pleased with their work.

If you are looking for a Sunsetter Awning and when you search for a dealer and this company is defaulted please find another. This company has a new salesperson that doesn't return calls and forgets he was even at your home. He came to my home took measurements etc. and had to return to the office to get some information. I NEVER heard from him again! If you want a quote the day your salesperson is there please call Jim S from Shank Door you ll be glad you did.

We were very impressed when they installed new garage doors for us nearly 20 years ago. However, when we needed emergency repairs due to a broken torsion spring, we were *extremely* impressed and thankful for their quick response. This company did a wonderful job. We have an older home and wanted to be sure the garage doors fit the character of the house. The rep did a great job explaining our different options. The doors were well built and so far have performed well. They arrived to install when they said they would and came back when there was a problem with one of the cables. Services Rendered: We picked out a design for new garage doors and the company fabricated and installed them for us.
