Google1We are very very disappointed in this company. They are not transparent, there is zero follow through and a big lack of communication. We ordered a garage door in August and put half down. They said that there was a huge back log in supplies and we accepted this. They said it would be Oct or November. At the end of Nov. I contacted them and got the run around and rudeness and then they said it would be Feb. No contact from them at all. Here it is the end of Feb. and we still do not have a door or any communication from them. Not sure we can get our money back. I even checked with Menards and they do have long wait times of 8-10 weeks but we ordered ours in August. If I could give this company a zero, I would.

Google1We called Monday am to have someone come and fix the broken spring on our garage door. They said they could come Tuesday but it would be a $900 emergency fee. This is outrageous! We opted to wait until Wednesday and they scheduled service between 2 and 6 pm. At 3:00 Wednesday I called to see if they were still coming. The girl told me they had until 6 6pm. Nobody showed up nor did they call and say they couldn't they could not make it. We called again on Thursday and we were sent to a voicemail where we left a message. It is now 3:50 and nobody has returned our call. This is very poor service and we won't use them again. We are calling another company to assist us. They wil not ever get recommendations from us.

Google5very quick response. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Found need a electrician to deal with the plug-in as the socket is not working well. The quick service and diagnosis was very much appreciated. charge for the service very reasonable. Would highly recommend the company.
