Angi5I called for an estimate which I was able to get over the phone. I explained I was off today and she had a gentleman at my house in 20 minutes! He was prompt, pleasant and fast! I will absolutely use this company again. Services Rendered: My garage door wouldn’t open or close because a large coil snapped in half. My unit is 20+ years old and he didn’t try to replace the whole unit. He told me the unit would have to be replaced eventually but that I’d definitely get my monies worth out of a new coil which was less than $200.

Angi5He fixed the door that was not opening all the quickly and inexpensively. Then he looked at the other and showed me a problem that would soon be major. He fixed it on the same service trip, saving me the expense of a second service call. I appreciated his being very proactive and thorough. Services Rendered: Garage door was stuck

Angi5Very happy customer! Happened to be home for another repair and called to see if they could come that afternoon or the following morning since I would already be off from work. They were able to come about 3 hours later and had it repaired in under an hour. The gentleman they sent was very professional and very thorough in explaining the problem and showing me the wear on the existing parts. Services Rendered: Had to have a gear pack put in to repair an issue with raising and lowering the garage door.

Angi5Technician isolated the problem to 2 loose plugs in logic board. Originally charged us $65 for troubleshooting, reconnecting sensor wires and adjusted garage door track. One day later, door wouldn't close again and technician came out the next day and fixed the issue and didn't charge us for the return trip and logic board fix. Highly recommend these folks and I'm constantly criticized for being very hard to please. Services Rendered: Garage door would not consistently close.

Angi5It went very well; he had the necessary replacement parts and completed the repair timely. Services Rendered: A cable was broken that helps to control the door opening and closing. Mike figured out that a heavier duty cable was needed and replaced both. The door movement is also now much quieter.

Angi5The spring on my garage door broke. I was unable to raise move it at all. Luckily my car was on the outside of the door so it wasn't an emergency. I called Montgomery Garage Door on Monday. An early morning appointment was made for Tuesday. Early morning was what I preferred. The two gentlemen, both named Mike, showed up on time. They had all of the parts they needed with them to fix the door. They had the door fixed in less than an hour. They also lubricated the parts of the door and checked several times to make sure it was working properly. They were polite, helpful, and answered my questions. The price to fix it was reasonable. I have recommended them to friends in the past and would do so again. If you need a garage door replaced or repaired, both of which they have done for me, I would recommend Montgomery Garage Door. Services Rendered: Broken spring replaced

Angi5The man that came out was a very nice man. This is a family owned business and I love it. Their prices are good and their work is always great. I have been using them for years. Services Rendered: The company replaced the rubber that goes around my garage door. They also gave my garage door a tune-up.
