I was in a bind with temps in the teens and a garage door that was stuck half open and a cable snapped. I called Steve at 7:45am and he had two guys to my house by 8:35. These guys were super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Top notch service and reasonable pricing.

where do i begin? we have single digit temperatures coming early next week and needed a garage door installed quickly got it done within 3 days of making a phone call. price was very reasonable and the door looks top notch. also came with a downloadable smart app to control from your phone. already recommended them to fellow friends and co workers!

Rose quality garage doors installed a high-quality beautiful door for the amount they said, and in the timeframe they said. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them! We absolutely love our new garage door. The insulation is higher quality than other quotes that we received. Very happy with our purchase!

Steve has helped me several times over the past few weeks. One of our garage springs broke and he sent two guys out the next day to fix it! Then I had my large project two weeks later which was installing two very large garage doors to my new building and installing a small roll up door that we had bought from someone else in the back. We wanted the new doors to match the house and it came out perfectly. The guys came out a did a nice job. They showed me how to work everything before they left and even adjusted a few things that I wanted. Steve and his crew kept in contact with me so I knew what was going on since I had to work while they were doing the install. Highly recommend these guys! Oh and my new doors are 12 high by 16 wide and the motor is SOOO quiet. These are HUGE doors and I'm jealous that I don't have these motors on the main house...likely a project for the future

It was a great experience. I called and he said he had just got back into town, an was wondering could I what till Monday. I told him it was kind of an emergency and he said he'll be there in 45 minutes. Came out and was very friendly and professional. Didn't take him no time to do the job. Also recommended things to do to keep my garage door working properly. I would give him more stars if I could.

Rose Quality Garage Doors really helped me out in a pinch. They have great customer service and the most affordable prices I found. When I backed into my garage door I called several places to get an estimate. Rose had the lowest cost and most importantly they were able to come out quicker than any of the other companies I called. Even better, a few weeks later when something else wasn't working (a different part of the system altogether) they sent someone right out and he fixed it in less than 20 minutes! Over the course of 2 weeks I either spoke to or met with 4 different people from Rose. All were very kind, understanding and helpful. Made me a package special I called Wednesday and he sent a service guy out promptly Friday morning. We had to add the springs to the original job and worked with me to get the door opening. Great customer service.they showed up when they said. Had all the equipment and more. We’re finished within the hour and we are very happy. You can’t go wrong with them. When my garage door spring seized, the door stuck shut. Two guys showed up within three hours of me calling, and completed the job in about 20 minutes. They also recommended I replace my remote, since it wasn't working unless I was about 5 feet away from my door. Highly recommend Steve for his work. Excellent. It went well. Was able to do everything over the phone. Price was reasonable. Installation was scheduled quickly. They didn't make it in the original time-window they scheduled, but I didn't need to be there for it and they were done before we needed to use the garage that day so that wasn't that big of a deal. Services Rendered: Needed new garage door quickly after previous contractor rendered door inoperable when they tried to repair springs.

If I could give a zero star review here I would. They've not showed up to two separate appointments without any communication, meanwhile I have a garage that I can't open. The first time they didn't show up was on a Thursday, and they didn't even call until Tuesday to reschedule. Then they missed their rescheduled appointment today. Let me save you some time and money, don't bother with this company.

Everything started off great. They installed the garage door, track but forgot the trim and said they would be back first thing the next day to fit it. Waited the next day, no call. We called them and they said they forgot and would be back. They did fit the trim and then the garage door failed to work. Immediately, he started to become very rude and obnoxious stating he was not responsible for the garage door not working and it was our garage door opener. He also stated he did not know enough about the particular garage door opener to even try and figure out the issue. Our garage door opener is a very common one and they advertise this particular make on their website. I explained to him that it was working perfectly fine as they could see when they arrived and now since installing the trim it was not working. He became quite aggressive and made me extremely uncomfortable and started telling me he was not taking any responsibility for it not working and that it was not the garage door it was the opener. I tried to explain that I was not a garage door expert and that I could not be certain what the issue was but this was getting me nowhere with him. Then he started to accuse me of all sorts and became very unprofessional. In the end I told the other guy with him who was trying to be much more helpful, to remove him from my property as his attitude was disgusting and that I would call another company to fix it. I called another company who came out within a couple of hours, added a screw to the track that was missing and re-set the opener. They explained that anytime you install a new door, you need to reset the opener. He had me press a button on the wall whilst he pressed a button on the box and 5 mins later everything was working perfectly and I had to pay him $39.95 for the call out. Their website says "If your not happy, we're not happy", well I was not happy, you were aggressive, rude and had to be thrown off my property and left me having to find another company to do the job you should of been able to do as a garage door installer. Would I recommend you, never, not in a million years. Services Rendered: Replaced garage door, track and trim
